Wrong video, china and pakistan has free trade agreement, so you don't have to pay any import duty on anything. Only sales tax has to be paid.

Yes, its safe. If your payment is declined, then you have to appeal. Where you have to provide the front/back of card, make sure to only reveal the numbers which they require and black out the remaining numbers and CVC and date. Making only first few and last 4 numbers visible and your name on the card visible
