Jimmie has been giving me the biggest icks ever since the original fricked up dentist reaction video. Then there's the infamous video where they met him for the first time at a NY restaurant and he was doing horrible jokes at the expense of a waitress.
Then his first in-person podcast appearance where he rolled up with some goons... the worst episode in history by far (worse than Bill Burr IMO).
I was over him even back then, but I guess we got some funny memes out of him since. He ran his course as a lolcow and it was always destined to fail.

PSA - Ladies, it is JUST as important for women to get colonoscopies as it is for men!!! Colorectal cancer is a huge deal, and it is totally preventable. There are many possible causes outside of a poor diet, so it's not always within your control. The typical age to start getting colonoscopies is 45-50 and this applies to everyone, although it can onset at any age. Please advocate for yourself if you are experiencing any symptoms related to colon cancer. As someone who lost my mom to it (she was 30), do not allow doctors to gaslight you or deny you the care you deserve. The procedure itself is a total breeze, and as many will tell you, the prep 24 hrs beforehand is actually the worst part. They don't typically, if ever, use general anesthesia, so the recovery is much easier and you can go out to eat right after leaving and then take an awesome 6 hour nap. They are nothing to be afraid of; totally painless and easy 😊 Colonoscopies are absolutely worth it and I promise they are nothing to be afraid of! Family!!!💙💙💙

I had a colonoscopy done and i will warn you, i had UNCONTROLLABLE gas after. 😂 the guy was wheeling me back to my room and i literally woke up farting i couldnt control it at all i was dying laughing apologizing and he was really nice and laughing too 😂 it was hilarious
I would be simultaneously embarrassed and still laughing. Farts can be so funny. Seems like it was a good sign fr tho. My brother has IBD and had a bowel resection years ago. Doc said he couldn’t go home until he was farting or pooping. I wrote “Fart Chart” on the whiteboard in the hospital room and added a new tick every time I heard my brother fart. It gave everyone a chuckle and I like to think the positivity of it helped my brother’s recovery a small amount.
@@franjkav yeah it most definitely was embarrassing but having the staff be so lighthearted and laughing with me made me feel much more comfortable. i was really stressed trying to figure out what was wrong with me and had to get it for an IBS diagnosis so their comfort was welcomed. Im sure yours was extremely helpful to your brother too
i had gastroscopy and after anasthesia they put us with colonoscopy people. they were farting and apologizing, and nurses reassured them its normal 😊

@@ssiKronnoC I had one with just gas & air and was able to watch, it's honestly not that bad and I was glad to be able to drive straight home after - I had sedatives for a gastroscopy but they didn't make me not remember it or be unaware, I was just... extremely chill and fascinated by it. I had to be driven home bc of the sedatives but honestly they're kinda necessary especially for the first time or getting the scope down would be difficult bc you'd panic way more. I might be a bit of a weirdo in that I'd rather be awake & aware enough in procedures where that's possible and have the option to watch what's going on, I find it fascinating and feel better knowing what's happening to my body 😅

Just got an iud with no anesthesia whatsoever. It was so excruciating I almost screamed. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still in immense pain.
Woke up during a scope and wisdom teeth removal. I felt no pain at all and remember it vividly
I had the same experience. They had me take 4 advil and they inserted it. Worst pain of my life I cried for hours after it was inserted and I almost had to stop it halfway because of the pain. I then had pain for months after. After 3 months it was ok. I ended up having to get it removed and reinserted because it wasn’t placed correctly. The second time I went to a procedure clinic and was put to sleep. They confirmed placement with ultrasound. I had minimal pain after and almost none of the symptoms I had the first time they put it in. It was a fantastic experience and I’ll never let a doctor do that without putting me out again.
The real civilized countries are the ones who take this pain significantly more seriously than what seems to be typical in the US. Can’t believe it’s 2024 and we’re still acting as if female bodies don’t have nerve endings in certain parts of their bodies
i got a copper iud inserted at 10 in the morning no pain relief and at 14:00 i was sat in class taking an important exam after traveling through half the country (netherlands) by public transport lol

I was given some meds the day before that was supposed to prep me for my IUD. I had a bad reaction/heightened response to it or something and it was terrifying. It locked my joints and I started throwing because the pain was so excruciating. The actual procedure was painful but not bad but oh my gosh the day before was rough. Thank goodness my sweet boyfriend ( now husband) left work to be with me and talk to the doctor when I started telling him I was scared of the severity of the reaction.

I know Ethan said those feeding the homeless/emotional bate videos are gone but they really aren't. It seems like with short-form content becoming more common those types of videos really came back even stronger. There are a ton of videos where they will go up to someone and ask if they can have a dollar so they can buy food or a toy for their kid's birthday and if the person gives them a dollar then they will reward their "kindness" by giving them $1000 bucks or tickets to an event, etc... Definitely check out Scumbag dad because he makes really great criticism/ parody videos of those vultures.
