Benny Cristo is all about fun, catchiness, happiness, loving life, smiles and positive. I felt so sorry for him when eurofans hated him and his song last year just because he won their national selection being in the bottom in so many eurofans' tops. He tried to make those endless revamps but he receivedd only more hate :( He knows how to perform, his performance in the Ukranian national selection waa mzing, you don't need to watch all those revamps, just watch that performance!
About this year - he literally does the same thing - don't worry, be happy, smile, take it easy, etc) It probably won't qualify just because this year is gonna be very strong at the moment, and the song is very good but not strong enough. But it seems that Czech Republic is overrated by juries in the semi final every single year since 2016, so he still would have a chance if he receives at least some televoting points, and it's possible with his charisma!

He is a very good performer - I honestly hated Kemama, but when he had a live performance in Ukraine during Vidbir (as always the Czech representants do), I was actually very impressed. I'm not a big fan of this song either, but I am sure his live perofmance will be amazing!
I remember that almost everyone didn't like Lake Malawi when they won their national final. But they also performed in Vidbir and changed many people's opinions about their song (and they finished 2nd in their semifinal, even though, there were rumors they won't even qualify).

It’s not my absolute favorite song this year but it’s definitely better than last year. I also think that based on Benny’s reputation as a good performer it could really improve live. I personally predict that it could pull a Zina or Lake Malawi thing where it’s a surprise qualifier that exceeds people’s expectations when preformed live.
Loove Benny! Exactly what is needed after this shit show of a year. Makes me happy! He will rock the stage!
Yeah it's not gonna win and the lyrics aren't amazing but it's so fun and catchy and importantly it's in semi-final 2 so I think it's got a great chance of qualifying even at this early stage

One can imagine this being the result of a student at the BRIT school given a project to produce a workable song. It functions, ticks the boxes, and would receive a decent grade. However, the assessor, in the remarks, would say "This student shows competence, but, as yet, no originality".
No worries ! He is the king of revamp. I am sure he will revamp 3 times till Esc. 😂

Why he should do it? Just some stupid fans wanted from his revamp last year ...never listening fans, cause there will be always some people who hating everything and everyone ....

I am so happy this year that Czech republic has finally sento to Esc a typical example of Czech music sung in Czech in honour of their great music heritage. This is a catchy tune that easily reminds us of top interpreters like Eva Olmerova, Eva Pilarova, Hana zagarova. You listen to this melody and you can't help but think of Prague. How nice that finally a country respects and promote its own music heritage

So I am one of the few people who genuinely liked Kemama, and I have to say I actually like Omaga less. Something about the lyrics in the song and some of the imagery in the music video hits me weird. Like on the surface it's a happy chill song, but it's almost like this and Tick-Tock are about the same relationship from opposite perspectives. It's kind of the same problem I had with Friend of a Friend. There's just this subtext of the relationship being super unhealthy that's been painted over with an upbeat melody and it bugs me. Seems I'm the only one though.

I wasn't that into his song last year, and I'm not that into his song this year. Danceable song, but it's unfortunately in my buttom.
