Besides the ice cycles and snow, Alex's plastic weld warmed things up for ole Bear. I have the same heat gun, but when I saw him pushing the filer rod into the weld the light came on ! I was making my plastic welds look like Fido Butt by weld like I was stick welding! Thx Alex, you are the Man! Stan you tell him Bear thx him when you return after the Holidays. Looking good Stan, See U on the Filip iin 2024, Bear
@@ShadonHKW Thanks Stan. Day job is an Communications technician. our trays get wrapped every 2 rungs either vertical or horizontal. Ours stay till we add or subtract from the tray. We wrap the cable/coax, under the rung and back on top of the cable/coax . its a pain... but it prevents them moving.
I can hear they have installed the smoke detectors now; always bugs me when someone leaves a bad smoke up. The lack of the beep further through the video makes me think they turned it on without pulling the tabs on the batteries. Merry Christmas, Stan to you, your crew and family. thanks for these videos.
Merry Christmas Stan, I am restoring a Johnson Model B bandsaw like the one you restored on this channel. I was wondering how you were able to remove the tilting head from the pivot pin and the base. I have not seen any information online about this and I thought you would be the best person to ask. Thanks!
To remove the upper from the shaft you have to "spread" the side plates slightly to get them off of a small shoulder, I used a block of wood and a cats paw prybar to deflect one side to slip it over the shoulder. To get the shaft out of the lower will probably take cleaning, sanding and filing before it can be driven out, I used an air hammer and lots of elbow grease to get it on the move.
Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas to you, your family, and your crew.😅
this is one of my favorite video series ive seen on youtube
Its great to see all the detail about spray booth installation. Come back to Southern California to warm up. Happy Holidays to you and your crew.

Looking forward to triple digits .....
Seems like a complicated way to measure chain speed but if it works it works!
Typically we just hang an encoder off of the main drive, but that was 450 + feet away!
Very interesting
Thanks Stan Merry Christmas
Tye wraps in baskets Stan?? No Chicago knots and waxed thread?? all this new technology!! Merry Christmas Stan!!
Most of the tie wraps get cut and discarded when we finish. The only ones that stay are direction changes and vertical runs.
