What do you think the pharma market will look like in ten years?

It will open up to amateur pharma, with quality and affordable organic chemistry equipment, the ability to actually prepare almost any active compound that is desired.
The knowledge is out there and so is the talent. However, Regulations and Schedules regarding the most used solvents/reagents/catalysts, will be a sharp defining factor.

Culture: Roles have to be filled with life, so not everyone can growth constantly. Work has to be done!
Politics: World will diversify more, going away also to other sites in Europe and US
Methods: Teams and zoom are not relevant, the focus are more PATs and full automated compliant manufacturing lines.
Digital: Yeah, normal industry bass word
