I think I've said this before, but I'll say it again. Make a building with an electric door that uses a switch to open or close. Put your legendary stuff inside that room. With those boxes just sitting out in the open, your settlers can grab them for themselves, and then you'll have to go and search each of them to get them back...
During a fire fight at The Slog I've lost various named characters. One time it was Wiseman!! I was so upset with that I reloaded! And if you set up a number of shops on your settlements you can get a great deal of money! If I don't check some of them for about a week or so, I can have over 2,000 caps in the workbench! The other day I had 3,500! Of course I hadn't visited that settlement for a long time! LOL!
Thomas rushes to defend Nordhagen Beach, only to get roasted AND run over by a robot; TWICE. Brilliant😂! The third time's a charm :), with an outstanding fireworks show to boot!
Don't forget to pick up the burnt comic magazines and other burnt magazines on the magazine racks or if their on a table or floor. You can actually sell those for caps to vendors or anyone selling stuff. I discovered that by accident when I had picked them up and I decided to see if anyone would buy them. You don't get a lot of caps for them but they can help build up your caps for important items you'll need later.
For some reason I couldnt search for this video number/name and it wasnt listed on the previous video. I ended up having to go into your video publish list to find it. Weird.
Scene most dont see - rescue the synth from Covenent before going to Bunker hill / talking with Stockton or joining the railroad.Different dialog after you join the railroad.
Sadly Institute laser weapons are inherently weaker than the surface. They offer no advantages.
Settlement Tidy Bot mod will loot everything in a settlement, get rid of corpses, and put the loot into a chest.
Strong also loves it when you fight. I like taking him to Nuka World.
Deacon has a bunch of little dialog moments in this quest.
I empathise with H2-22 so much. Id opt for a mind wipe too.
Tycon's stairs are used in a potential quest.
You can get a 3 faction peace end if your careful.

Try building defenses in the spawn locations of your settlements, when you answer the call of a settlement needing help, you won’t need to search much if your defenses are setup in the right location. The Slog spawn areas are usually on the road in the front, in the exact front of the building or behind the crops. Try to avoid destroying your crops also, they’ll stay permanently dead if you do not replant. I usually setup turrets on the roof. A couple of missile launchers in the corners of the roof and heavy laser turrets in the middle for both the front and back of the building. Right at the far back, I place a heavy damaging turret right in the rocks so when enemies spawn there, they get chopped down immediately.

The dogs sometimes turn out to be unfriendly wild ones, and you have to kill them and reset the trap, so they're less reliable cages than the cat ones, as the cats always seem to be friendly.
Radium rifles are usually just regular .45 weapons - Handmade rifles are 7.62, and the lever action rifles are .45 - 70. The handmade ammo is only in Nuka World (Nuka town traders, and Dunsmore on the west side sell the 7.62). The .45 - 70 you get from the shops at Far Harbor or Acadia. Or, of course, from corpses at either location...

Usually, you only lose a settler if you accidentally (or purposely) kill one of them. The Slog is the big exception.
The Slog defences are not placed where enemies come from which is why they weren't firing. The deaths are what happen when the turrets are in the wrong place. Profit wise Gunners are worth more but Synths aren't too bad. Good video though when the Sun goes down I go to nearest settlement and sleep.
With broken electrical equipment following an attack, I think you just have to go round and hover over each individual thing to see if it's been damaged, before repairing it.
The 2 cat traps were still broken, and you were trying to daisy chain the power through them.

The first time my Slog was attacked, I rushed to it's defense, but both Dierdre and Arlen Glass had already expired before I arrived. In indignation, I aspired to reload and redo the sequence until all residents remained alive, only to find that the game had deleted my save. And the one before that. And the one before...well, so in sorrow I built a small mausoleum using a metal cube-shaped prefab and installed a blue door. By the time my Slog settlement is finished, there will also be an accompanying memorial garden. *SIGH* I'm still bleeping ticked off about the loss though...
There is a bug in the game where the named characters in the Slog aren't immortal -- there's a mod that fixes that -- Essential Slog NPCs. You can also use console commands to fix it as well - but you'll have to look that one up on your own...
40:16 eh no biggy, half the reason most of us in the States dont know metric is life rarely has things that help visualize what something is, most of us will visualize a gallon as what most of are milks comes in, or on the flip 2 litirs is easy as that what volume is custom for soda & such, its the every day life uses that prevent the stats from using it more.
If you want good combat armor go to the scene Asylum and you can get the combat helmet the best one in the game
