Everything, hand crafted, top of line excellence and a $0.76 plastic jug of distilled water. The same jug is next to my humidor too, in the laundry room. You need to put that water in a gold chalice. Thanks for the post.

Oh thank goodness!!! I thought that I was the only one that didn't like the Charter Oaks. Now, The Carrillo Encore, That is a complete sink into a leather chair and enjoy kind of a cigar. With Bourbon, of course. Thanks you for the tour.

In my opinion you can’t do much better than the 1964 maduros. Sure there are probably better ones in the world but for as available as they are they are hard to beat. You’d think they’d be rare but you can literally get them anywhere. I first smoked them in the 90’s and fell in love. They are beautiful and all smoke well.

Nice brother! I have said it before but I could spend all day in your office! Where I live in SoCal unless you got big time money most homes are without extravagant studies/libraries. Space is limited and most rooms are taken for living quarters. One reason while I'll retiring somewhere else that I'll have much more space. Can't wait to build a sweet study as like yours. Sweet lineup of smokes. Though I don't really smoke much every now and then for a special occasion I'll have one. Thanks for taking us along! Love that antique floor safe! ;)

Nice collection, I too like a Padron 1964, my go-to though is a Sobremesa Brûlée, I wish I could get some more of the Sobremesa Brûlée Blue's, of days past. But oh well, at least I got to enjoy a few. Most folks haven't even got to do that.

Great collection. My daily smoke lately has been the 1926 Padron. For Cubans, I really enjoy the Bolivar Belicosos Finos.

Cool cigar selection Scott, my favorite cigar is the Oliva V Melano. I have an electric humidor and a box humidor, which has a glass top, for which I purchased in Cuba it holds about 75 cigars.

Those Cohiba siglo 6 I would love to buy at least 2 out of you lol or the maduro they are so hard to get. Nice Humidor’s like the downstairs setting next to the fireplace 👌🏼but obviously the big humidor is 👌🏼really sharp!

Man I wish I could find a real Siglo VI. Love your collection of cigars and liquor. I'm an Islay Scotch guy. One of my favorites is Scarabus. Great with a good smoke...or even a crappy one! I couldn't see all the stuff you had in the bar.

Greetings from SoCal. Born ‘58 in Ann Arbor. Moved west, age seven. Go Blue!. Great job with your home library design👍. I am retired recently, gonna build a cabinet humidor and if Lou in Cuba would stop raising the price of cigars, I may own a few as soon as that embargo gets lifted. 🥴😂.
I grew up in SoCal. Not sure when the embargo will the lifted again. It was nice a few years ago when Obama allowed Cuban cigars. Easy to run across the river to Canada and pick them up. Still not cheap. Thanks for watching.

Just became a subscriber, because we share a passion for cigars & bourbon. I'm curious of how you did the ventilation in your beautiful library to eliminate smoke odors through out the house. I live in Toronto and can enjoy a smoke outside about 8 months a year, but would like to build a dedicated room indoors.
Hamilton - nothing fancy on ventilation in the library. I crack the windows and luckily have a very supportive wife who tolerates any smoke that drifts into the house. Am considering a rabbit air device that seems to have good reviews. Thanks for watching.

Scott, GBR, Thank you for the tour. Great choice of cigars! Try some LFD Double Ligero Maduro’s which are always a great smoke. Did Chase ever try out for the pro’s?
Mike - I will check out the LFD maduros. Chase had a great college career that ended with his pro day at Lincoln. He says he his happy that his last snaps were in front of 32 pro scouts. The next day the NFL pulled all scouts off the road and the world shut down do to COVID. No rookie camps for next couple years. Since he was of course undrafted that would have been his opportunity but it was not to be. Would have been a very difficult next step. Thanks for watching. GBR!

Fantastic collection and your house is beautiful! I do have one question, why do you have cigars downtown in a humidor? Sorry for the dumb question but why don't you just keep your cigars at your house? I didn't even know someone could store cigars in a lounge (if that's what it is).
Randy - thanks. Not a dumb question at all. Many cigar lounges and private clubs offer on site humidors for their members. Some people don’t have a place to smoke or properly store their cigars. While I don’t have that problem, it is nice to have some of my better cigars stored in a professionally controlled environment with easy access for when I’m down at the club. Thanks for watching.

@Scott Urbach I was given 3 and ignorant of the value at the time...but yes your right...if you would ...try the don pepin original blue band....if you like the cohibas you will love them.. and they are 11$...you always here it's better then a cuban....or it's like a cuban....well smoke this cigar and I promise you cannot distinguish the 2.....they are amazing..it took don pepin over 20 years to find the blend ...and he nailed it

New to humidors. Should you not remove the plastic wrap on those cigars?
Ha. The age old question. Ask four cigar experts and you will get six different answers. Some say take them off, some say keep one, some say doesnt matter. I usually take them off unless they are something I will tend to travel with. Less likely to be damaged in cigar case. Sorry I dont have a perfect answer. Thanks for watching.

Thanks Brian. I usually use one of my butane torch lighters but Yes I do use the regular zippos for cigars on occasion. I know that drives cigar purists crazy but I have never thought it impacts the taste of the cigar.
@@ScottUrbach I’m probably in the butane camp, but love old Zippos. Zippo makes a slick butane insert (single or dual flame) that makes the old units perfect for cigars. Happy smoking.

1) You don't inhale cigar and pipe smoke
2) Cigars and pipe tobacco have flavour to them that, when blended/constructed properly provide a pleasant experience.
3) It is meant to be a relaxing pass time - a dedicated moment to sit, slow down, and reflect.
