Any idea when Aputure will release a CRMX receiver without a light attached? Maybe for $100 or less if we're lucky? Also, thanks for the great vids!

And they still didn't fix it to my knowledge, and it has other crmx issues. For example if the signal is low it can glitch and turn off

Do you think it's possible to use the apature app siduslink (or other app) via bluetooth as a simple wirless crmx controller of course with the bluetooth limitations but... ?

Manufacturers have contemplated this (using wi-fi) but one problem is DMX is a continuous data stream, so to work properly, and as reliably as CRMX it would have to transmit all the time flatten the phone battery.
The other issue is this system is the Intellectual Property of Lumin Radio

So you can't use two or more MT Pros as Receivers, since there is only one, DMX one address?

The DMX out, on any light, should be all the 512 channels of data as received in the original data stream, and not affected by the channel selection on the light.
DMX sends the instructions for all of the lights to every light at once.
The channel selection is for the individual lights to know which of the 512 channels they should be listening to, and which to ignore when it comes to it's own operation
When they fix this up it should be able to send the data for all 512 channels through to how every many lights are looped through as if it was the original set of instructions for all of the lights.
So in answer to your question, you can use as many as you want to, but until they fix this programming error they would all need to be set to 001
