Simple rame et double rame. crash.
See : www.freelug.org/spip.php?artic...
and for the track : www.freelug.org/spip.php?artic... - Věda a technologie
not easy making a high speed lego train work....they even cambered and angled the corners to make it work!! great crash too, good thing with lego you can just rebuild the train and no casualties...except some of those lego trees...
Superelavation
Looks like multiple crashes 😂
I like how you can actually hear it speed up and slow down entering and leaving the curves
Yes, and it is the real noise that is recorded during the exhibition.
It's so satisfying to finally see a Lego train traveling at a matching relative speed to a full size one :D
Simply beautiful...
*crashes* Not anymore
I am is the fat yes very proud of food are you train
Well. The old 9V system could probobly do a scale 120km/h, that would be accurate for most medium freight trains and commuter trains
And also true curves not that standard lego lame small curves
The speed is insane yet realistic given the Horizon Express is clearly is a love letter to the TGV.
The custom metal track with its grand curves definitely has my interest.
@@Misterb1234 ah, so they’re straight pieces slightly offset to create grand curves. Such a joy to watch!
Also I think lego trains can fit on 0 gauge track I may be mistaken but if I remember rightly I was able to make a 9v train work on 0 gauge track but if it don't its very simple to make 0 gauge take and make it slightly narrower or wider
The trick was how to modify the speed one way would be to put a brushless motor similar to a small helicopter motor and as thay can run on a speed controller hook up to a 7.4v lipo battery that would fit in the loco so would be possible to modify it so it took power from the track would love to see who else would do it as I may make a video if anyone has suggestions as I would biuld full length coaches and not rhe silly stumpy ones lego made
@@Misterb1234 They are not. These are very fancy customs.
Kid: Dad I need this Lego Train.
Dad: Let me play first.
That may be one of the most spectacular crashes I’ve seen
Looks like one of the AVE accidents in Spain
0:12 that acctually looked realistic.
low key gave me a heart attack
It’s a LEGO set
Right
LMAO
cool
0:12 the train: im so fast
Rail curve:im about to end this trains whole career
tgv
Honestly i hoped it would have crashed and this was a big spoiler
Train: im speed

Surprised to see not many people picking up that the footage is of two separate crashes.

We need a review of that TGV trip!

PAUL!
Did not expect the train to crash so early in the video. It scared me.
bro i jumped from that
if only the curve was less rough

I can't even front, that genuinely made me jump too
Great to see! Full length trains at high speed on large radius curves. Well Done! I hope that one day you can make an even larger layout with larger curves and have trains running in both directions!
Thank you.
Yes, it is a dream to make two routes even bigger, but afterwards we will no longer be able to bring it into the exhibition halls.
the crash at the beginning caught me off guard lol I jumped a little
One of the most beautiful lego train model in my opinion!
Those little LEGO trains are so cool! I can’t believe how fast they can go! They go faster than some of my Lionel model trains.
Very nicely put together video and very entertaining as well. Thanks for posting this.
one of the best LEGO constructions (or even modified :-)) ever. TGV with re a l s p e e d!
"Are you satisfied with your performance?"
Operator: Yes, I will return!
😂😂😂😂

thats a visitor i think
still looking in 2021 an its that amazing sound of the accerating TGV, what a cool thing done with Lego.
That's some serious speed. I didn't think a lego train could go that fast...
I love Lego trains! Legos are virtually indestructible in a crash, and even then it's easy to replace the occasional broken Lego and carry on...
走行音がHOゲージよりカッコいい!!
I love the track it makes the train look more realistic
What a great sport! He had fun! Greetings from Winnipeg, Canada
I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Amazing like real 👍😊
The derails are so satisfying
Holy shit that's pretty damn fast, I need one of those motors lmao
Wow! Really nice :)
can we take a moment of HOW FAST IS THAT TRAIN WHEN THERES 2 OF THEM PUSHING EACH OTHER ITS FASTER THEN ME WHEN I RUN #fastestTGVlegotrain
There kinda unrealistic with the speed and quality but it looks like fun having to rebuild your train every time it derails and explodes. LGB G scale is realistic as hell compared to this. You must run slow. Lol
Génial, j’adore!
That is just beautiful - except for the crash bit. One of my favourite LEGO models of all time (just wish I owned one, or two... or four)
khsh
Cool video! 👍🏻👍🏻 thumbs up!
0:12 OOF
I very violently flinched at that

And it caused fair disruption

Is it still using the lego motorized bogie or one ripped off a model train? And I can't tell if the track width is still the same as the one on the lego tracks.
*EDIT:* Ok, I saw that there were lego train axles on the train bogies so it's GOT to be the same track width.
*EDIT 2:* Ok, there goes the first question too, another one of those hilarious crashes revealed one of the motorized lego bogies.
Have you noticed how the train tilts at the curves? That's done to prevent the train from derailing.
Yes, exactly, otherwise the train can not ride as fast in the corners.
For real trains it is the same.
AZATOR already know
Didn't work.
This is called "cant" or "superelevation"
it wasn't sign "speed limit" before corner
OMG ITS SO FAST
Yes that so fast
That’s the power of 2 LEGO trains
Imagine it: Luxury insect express!
🐌🐛🐜🐝🐞🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃
THAT IT DERAILED OMG SOOOO AFST
Why that is fast to the extreme !That is awesome!
Everything is Awesome!
that's very impressive that tgv train awesome
I like how the TGV derailed, crashed, and totaled, makes so real
That first crash was lethal
a lot of people died that day:(

Great location and nice video
Excellent model and to how they were made it seems the Lego employees in billund Denmark went to a SNCF TGV maintenance facility to actually get the actual pictures and measurements so that they can turn it into Legos with them spending time in the white room back in billund Denmark where the main Factory is. For the Germans it's Nuremberg home to the Playmobil Factory German Playmobil collectors want one.
I am still amazed about that rail system :-o Can you do a behind the scenes video how the rails were made?
I think they’re just regular HO/OO gauge rails fitted to a lego base

Awesome...the train are my favorite theme also for my videos
Why was this fun to watch as a kid
“Faster than light, no left or right”.
what song did you use for the video?
That's goes fast, but needs to slow for bends
You see this is why the bends are curved.
Why ? 😂
Brilliant .... Tres Bien! 👍
Special motor and modified tracks controlled by computer and bumper plate system... really nice.
No, original Lego motor at higher voltage
the crash looks so real I mean I literally utter OMG
Love the Mad Max Interceptor car at 1:50
Would love to try something similar with my Hornby Eurostar train set. The fastest train I ve every seen in OO gauge
That crash really make me, i dont know, i forgot it, but i like it....
1:48 How unstoppable should've ended. [Just a parody joke]
It's so fast!
Tyomi-2i like it
So nice
I like it very much. And will follow you forever
0:54 - Le Col du bois clair - what an amazing model!
How did you connect the two locomotives together? Custom coupling ends?
How did you manage to tilt the curved tracks?
From where did you brought

They took the word “express” to another level
Beautifully canted track too
I love your Vids ✔️✔️👍👍👍👍👍
That scared me XD
It was amazing and also that's why we say drive slowly 😁😁😁
Amazing speed....👍🏾👍🏾🤗 kapan gek aku biso tukuuu😁😁
Lots of Lego lives lost in the crash. Rest in Lego Peaces
Wow, My best friend, Wonderful video dear. I enjoyed watching. Hope to see you soon...
@AZATOR How were both trains coupled together?
Man this lego train sets are no joke this fastest train base on the real one
That thing has some serious power!
I will build this in my living room... I have already bought 2x Horizon Express on Aliexpress for $40 each. Probably will replace some parts and add 2x Buwizz. Let's see how fast it can go! I am surprised the track was not banked steeper.
It looks awesome
Who built the train inclines and bridges? I'm trying to figure out the math and it appears that it has to be a 3 degree slope? I was hoping to make the slope a lot more steep.
you can just hear the motor squealing at that speed
I started to cry when i saw this terrible crash! #Pray4LegoCity #NeverForget
I literally lol
Remembered as 9/24

AWESOMENESS!!! ;)
0:12 the call for better infrastructure has never been so great.
See that's what happens when you let trains run too damn fast. Especially if the engineer is a little tipsy. LOL
Honorably speaking, that was amazing.

@@giselacarvalho4187 What do you mean? U?
1:53 however, the crew realized that this is going around 135 mph very near the curve, and the UNTHINKABLE happens, the front train dives into the grass causing major damage and entire train follows the leader and everything is a goner, 1:54 the train is still going over 100 mph and everything is destroyed one train even rolled on the other side of the same track, nothing escaped damage from this wreak. in the end, all trains were severely damaged or destroyed and were replaced.
Great man
If I was there I would put mini figures on the track and on top the train😂
wow, watching this is so satisfying
TGV my fav train! :D
