This group should be a top tier group. I will never understand why everybody is sleeping on them especially in Korea. They should sleep on their beds not on Dreamcatcher
Mainly it's because there genre or should i say main concept/indentity base on Rock Orchestral/Urban and a bit sounds like J-rock.
But in South Korea, almost all GG over there prefer more to iconic music and cute or maybe sexy concept and that's almost the vice versa of Dreamcatcher. That also the reason why they have more international fans than the k-netz when they first debut.
But now you can see each after each comback their k-netz fanbase starts growing get more public attention too. Proof is lately they appear on immortal song and their performace are no.3 trending on korean websites
Plus along with the time their comebacks it getting better and better and now they seems to step up with the latest comeback song 'What' .. I believe they will get to the top tier soon.
How many different videos and groups do i need to see this,sleep on your beds not on (insert group here) comments. If you cant come up with witty remarks yourself,then dont bother copy pasting fad phrases. Its cringe.
Dreamcatcher will get to the top if they just happen to be a group formed from a reality show...ie izone. Naturally none of izones "records" count, as the whole produce 101,akb48,reality show,voting for idols to join group rubbish,is the reason for their "records". Its not organic what so ever,thus does not count.

Im glad that we had this conversation.
You know, at first I thought it was the complicated choreos that captured me so much about their performance, bc it was never boring. They're always moving, doing something with every part of their bodies; their legs, torso and arms are always in sync, their faces are always in the mood: smirking or winking or whatnot. But this choreo made me realize they just really understand what they want to do with their music... This is definitely more R&B, a slow sultry and soothing song, yet with a bit of an eerie vibe bc of the distorted voices. And the choreo really really adds to this vibe so well - their moves a languid but sharp in a way. They barely move but it's deFINITELY not boring. They keep staring at us, almost not even making expressions and like. They know EXACTLY what they're doing and I am liVING! ;-;
I play the violin and I once had a teacher who said that the moment you step on stage you're the most powerful - bc you decide what the audience feels through the way you portray your piece.
Anyways the conclusion is I definitely died, Dreamcatcher are Real Artists, and they deserve a win.

There must be a mistake. The title says 'Special Clip' but this is clearly a MV! These girls are amazingly talented!
I finally got ENLIGHTENED!
Their first and last sitting positions are meant to give us a sense of confusion, but also a clarification.
I only recently found them but I simply cannot get enough, I rewatched all their MVs and Special clips like 100 times in just a matter of few weeks. So after I first noticed that at the end the positions of Siyeon and Gahyeon were switched, I simply knew that there was a meaning behind this. And this just stayed on my mind all the time.
After watching the clip nth time with english sub here is my idea:
The theme is Wonderland, so as we are dropped down the rabbit hole, we all are confused not knowing if it is a dream or not. Even the lyrics do emphasize this a few times: Pinch your cheeks, Real.
Imagine that you take a look at the group picture of them sitting. This is where it starts.
You fall asleep and go down the rabbit hole.
When the end comes and the girls return to their starting position, this is a moment when you wake up and the confusion once takes over your mind.
It's like you wake up, and the question is: Was it Real? Naaaah... Just a dream.
Then you take a look at the picture again...
And Siyeon and Gahyeon swapped places...
...
It was REAL!!!!!!

@@komono840 one thing that sucks with Blackpink (I like them too), is how long it takes to get a new song out. And that kinda sucks because waiting too long isn't that good. Like with me, I waited and started going on and forgetting them a little. That's one bad thing about YG not the girls. But Dreamcatcher is my favourite. I'm fond of that creepy horror style, don't see that often and it's really cool because its also a type of style I find appealing myself. The creepiness. But I'm glad Blackpink came out with their new song, love it a lot.
