HOW TO GET RID OF HEMORRHOIDS:
You can try the following to help get rid of hemorrhoids,
1- Drink lots of fluid and eat plenty of fibre to keep your poo soft
2- Avoid toilet paper until your piles have gone: This one is a real game changer for piles, you see excessive wiping with toilet paper can lead to micro-tears in the anal tissue, causing bleeding and discomfort.
3- Try a toilet paper alternative: Instead of toilet paper until your piles have gone clean around your anus with just water and pat the area. This is going to be nice and gentle giving the piles optimum conditions to recover.
Now if you have a bidet it's much easier but if you don't there are portable bidets you can buy online or even make one quite easily home there’s loads of instructional videos you can find on this on youtube.
4- Take paracetamol if piles hurt - But It’s best to speak to your pharmacist about this so they can make sure it’s safe and suitable for you to use as well as give advice.
5- Try a steroid and local anaesthetic ointment or suppository - But It’s best to speak to your pharmacist about this so they can make sure it’s safe and suitable for you to use as well as give advice
6- Use an ice pack wrapped in a towel to ease discomfort
7- Gently push a pile back inside
8- Cut down on alcohol and caffeine (like tea, coffee and cola) to avoid constipation
Here is a list of things you should not do when you have hemorrhoids,
1- Do not wipe your bottom too hard after you poo
2- Do not ignore the urge to poo
3- Do not push too hard when pooing
4- Do not take painkillers that contain codeine, as they can cause constipation
5- Do not take ibuprofen if your piles are bleeding
6- Do not spend more time than you need to on the toilet
WHEN TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION FOR HEMORRHOIDS:
Speak to your healthcare professional if,
• You have symptoms of piles and they're getting worse or there's no improvement after 7 days of treatment at home
• You keep getting piles
• You notice a change around your anus that is not normal for you
Seek Urgent advice and ask for an urgent appointment with your healthcare professional if,
• You have piles and your temperature is very high or you feel hot and shivery and generally unwell
• You have pus leaking from your piles

Hi Abraham, I watched your “wound healing” video 2 weeks back that you had posted 3 years ago. I had a surgery 2 weeks ago so I followed your instructions on the nutrition you suggested and guess what my wound has been healing so well that my doc is so proud of me. It’s an open wound and you could just tell how the recovery is going well. i strained and mine accored due to my ion tablets made my poop very hard and gavee a pile on the out side of my buthole i have cream been using it but still there very sore and painful only on out side going toilet and little bellding
Do creams work against internal hemorrhoids without an applicator?
Copper glycinate increases the Lysyl oxidase (LOX) activity and heal those areas, took me 7 years to find that out.
Can you further clarify please, i believe i am suffering from a bad case, i always noticed the hemorrhoids around the anus but never painful, recently for the past 9 months or so i have been sweating a lot so it makes that area itchy so i developed a habit of scratching with my hand the anus area and yesterday it felt like pain coming from inside of the anus not the piles that are outside and m freaking out i have no clue what this is

Thank you for the video, I was just confused about applying cold to the anus as I read in many places to have warm baths instead to help reduce the piles size
I have had hemorrhoids for the past two months and I tried everything from witch hazel, preparation H, preparation H with Lidocaine, Castor oil and zinc ointment (which helped a little) but still had the pain from it.
My friend gave me an antibiotic ointment which I applied twice a day and it works, along with high fiber diet, fruits and some power walking.
Remember always use Nitrile disposable glove when applying anything in the rear and use only medicated wipes to clean after an evacuation. No toilet paper as the video states as it causes minor abrasion which are painful.

In the case of haemorrhoids you ought not to have a painful bowel movement with extreme pain. So you should avoid any stool pressure and bleeding due to hard stool. I never had them until I got Crohn's disease. It's terrible. Every time I have a flare-up I suffer, and the amount of blood loss causes anemia. Ugh, it's debilitating.

I’ve had 2 for 5 weeks now. Lidocaine isn’t working. I have steroids ointment I’ve been using 3 times a day I’ve been using wet wipes and patting instead of wiping. I never ever strain I drink 2 L of water a day and I’ve been using a light laxative to be sure I don’t have to strain. It’s been so so so bad. I am basically now in fear of going to the bathroom and get so worked up about it that I make myself sick. I’ve been to the hospital and seen my doctor 3 times about it. I feel trapped and stressed from this. Seriously any advice
