This is ridiculously hard! How does one even get employed there? I struggled to get my application form correct; passed on to situational test. Read carefully about the company core values, worked hard to get it right and passed. Now psychometric tests: so often based on luck. Too many questions, too little time. And now at the AC they'll ask you to present stuff, work in groups and pretend to be someone you're not (yet) besides the interview... Ridiculous...Just why??
+ psychometric tests taken again at the AC... what if you can't perform at your best level (which happens to be the level required) just because of the stress imposed on you? What if you could happen to be the perfect candidate for the job but who happens to be unlucky and overly stressed?

I've applied for a Trainee sales executive role at my local JLR dealership. The Sales Manager at BMW will be interviewing me along side the JLR sales manager as they're under the same branch and I applied for both. Fingers crossed it goes well, and I shall update my success along with any tips if all goes well.
