What a beautiful, hardworking woman. Her last few words made me emotional. All she wants is to continue her business, come up with new dishes, and watch her customers visit her shop and grow over the years. She lives a simple life, but it is a fulfilling life. All the best to her! I will visit next time I go to HK.

If it's distinctively HK, they will erase it. They are slowly removing the border. Everyone will just be labeled as 大灣人 within PRC and both HK and Macau SARs. Ironically, the only real Hong Kongers are the ones outside of Hong Kong. Eventually there will only be 新港人 left to take advantage of what little benefits that HK has and ruin that too.

It’s honestly just regular mac, store bought chemical chicken stock, and canned tomatoes.
