    I make mine quite dark... with regular cocoa powder, of course. My wife's sisters love it, and they never complain. Now I'm starting to doubt the way I've been making it for twenty years. 🤔

      @Ron Wyatt Dude that's how my family have been eating it since 1979 when we immigrated to NZ then 1988 when we arrived in Australia. Access to Koko Samoa was very few & far between then so Palagi Cocoa it was! You're doing a great job feeding your family. Peace & blessings. 🙏

      Any rice, we always use medium grain 💯

      Long grain rice is better because the longer you cook it the softer it gets. But Medium grain is good too.
