- Hello everyone, let's hit 50 likes? Today i'm going to browse the modern web on Android 1.6! I'm using Browservice for this! Thanks to @NCSLivestreams for the idea, showing me how to do it and making the thumbnail!

Like a year ago now, I charged up an old Samsung Galaxy 3 and I was able to connect it to Wi-Fi and watch CZcams on it! Although I wasn’t able to use the CZcams app cause I needed to update it and well… yeah, you can’t really do that. But yeah, I was able to use chrome although it told me it was outdated, and I could use the Google search app too! I was surprised I was able to connect to the internet on like a 10 year old device.

This trick works on older IOS versions too! It even works on Windows 95!
hey i cant do the 1st command it just throws this error

I believe that this is a problem with Java. Are you using the newest version of Java? If not, you should update it.

@@nmac101 That's actually true, my bad. I searched and i only could find something with a incorrect version of Java. But I guess this doesn't have anything to do with that. Maybe just reinstall Java as Java is causing a problem?

I tried this using an HTC ChaCha (Android 2.3) and it didn't work at all.

@@NCSLivestreams Thanks for replying! What didn't work was accessing the Browservice page. I had already experienced success on Browservice from Windows 98, XP, etc.!

You can run it using Android studio. If you install it, you can get sdk's for other versions too.

But for my laptop the android studio is too slow not responding I tried many ways idk why it is happenings.i tried on laptop with i5 core ,16 GB and 112GB free storage
That's why I asked only andriod 4.4 as an emulator on windows11/10 like u did in this video .

I tried it too ,
andriod x86 is an iso for android 4.4 . But that version is so buggy .i cannot install any kind of apks in that virtual machine . I don't see any other iso of andriod . I want to try andriod 4.4 like you did andriod 1.6 in this video but idk how to do it for 4.4 version that's why I asked you .Can u tell me or make a video of how to install andriod 4.4 as an emulator on windows 10
@@typesofexplanationff7293 I can't, since the emulator is included in Android studio.
That emulator is powerful but in newer releases, you need to use something like HAXM to get better performance.

2:45 its only safe since it's a local IP, which always start with 192.168. It could only be dangerous if somebody on your network was trying to get access to your computer.

I don't think so, since you use the local ip of your pc to access the browser.

I tried that first, but it didn't work because every time i tried to type something in Google, it jumped to the url bar for no reason. And if you type it in the url bar, it uses the old browser.

operable program or batch file.
SWT folder '' does not exist.
Please set ANDROID_SWT to point to the folder containing swt.jar for your platform.

@@therealincomingCalls1234 You don't have Java installed. I mentioned in the video that Java is required for this to work. You can find the link in the description. Install Java, then restart your pc and it will work!
