Using the Toyota App to remotely control your Prius Prime or other new Toyota vehicle. The app has many features, which you may not notice readily and I wanted to show some buttons I found to remotely control the car.

The Toyota app needs some work, but is definitely an improvement over Entune, which was terrible, though that was a decade ago. Tesla has the better software, though not sure on longevity and overall reliability. I saw a video of the Tesla Cybertruck and reading many complaints about body panel gaps and reliability issues, coupled with horrible resale value. I remember seeing the first Toyota Prius in San Francisco in the summer of 1998 for a magazine shoot and review, they were amazing and only got better.

@@nowsc Toyota app is little flaky as it will lag when doing the remote functions I show in the video if you do more than two. I use the lock door one if I forget to lock and sometimes will have to repeat press for it to finally respond to the command. I definitely wouldn’t pay for that as a service.
