- In this video I became the ai in F1 22 and took part in some offline races with a real player. This meant I drove with the aggression of the F1 22 ai as I tried to make overtakes at terrible corners for overtaking, left no space on the inside and more.

@@wither6895sometimes they do for some odd reason on my gameplay George Russell got a 2 seconds penalty for an unknown reason cause I was 20 seconds ahead of him(possibly collision with a Ferrari behind him like usual or corner cutting or track limits)
What? They do get penalties, I love making them crash into me in qualifying to give them penalties

And the ai speed is ridiculous like yesterday i tried a lower ai just to have fun like 40% and i tried to go back to see how fast a Ferrari was against lower cars

I honestly have to wonder if it's a setup thing with the AI? Like one of the last times I played F1 22 (admittedly it was several months ago at this point) I was doing a driver career at Alpha Tauri at that point, and with my setup I was literally outspeeding the AI at Spa on the Kemmel Straight without DRS. It was like an Uno Reverse card on the AI straight line speed. Me without DRS was as fast or faster than them with DRS and me with ERS was as fast or faster than them with ERS and DRS. I hadn't ever seen anything like that before when facing the AI. I was using one of those 0 0 wing setups or maybe like 1 0 or 01, can't remember which.
@@Nicolas_Cage_Bees ai is using something like 12-12 wing in spa, because i was little bit faster than them with 12-10 wing setup. I pretty much learnt ai wing levels in all tracks, also they are pretty close to normal player setups, atleast for me, so i dont get frustrated most of the time. There are problems in austria, brasil, hungary but most absurd ones are usa and mexico for sure
@@Nicolas_Cage_Bees even with 10-10 wing u are still 3 tenths slower than ai in mexico start/finish straight and best setup for players has something like 21-17, 17-15 wing levels i believe so it is disgusting to race with them in mexico, i have to race like 12-10 wings just to cover up that massive difference but it doesnt work either
also straight line speed does not change with ai difficulty level. I mean yeah they wont accelerate quickly because of the difficulty level but top speed is the same. It is setup issue, some tracks they have wing levels so wrong that you cant even match with your setups. But i dont think that is a huge problem because there arent many tracks that ai has massive advantage over us
@@barandemir364 i use 0-0 wings at Mexico and just turn the front toe up 3 clicks and turn down the front and rear suspension down. It’s a bit lively but gives lots of turn in. And they can’t pass u in the middle and last sector anyway, so u can just run away in the first sector

As someone who only owns F1 2013, that flashback part is really accurate - almost everytime I flashback, some AI offscreen almost always decide to bin it into the wall lmao
Yeah, I've been recently playing some F1 2012. Hard to do flashback and not send anyone on a trip. Also find out it works on one-shot quali 😂

Usually, when the ai ruins my lap, I get in front of them and then brake test them to prove a point.

Once in co-op, my teammate came out onto the track on his outlap, while I had the misfortune of being stuck behind him while on my flying lap. He stayed ahead of me the whole lap, not letting me set a lap and at the end of the lap he went into the pits. If that's not quality AI, I don't know what is

Theres a glitch in Forza Motorsport 7 where if u flashback at the right moment all the ai will crash into each other (bc after a flashback their programmed to weave back on the racing line so they weave into each other)

The AI is brutal in this game. Also, iirc there was a new rule in 2022 that went something like: „if the front tyres of the car behind are level with the rear tyres of the car in front, the corner is ‚shared‘ therefore the car in front had to yield“ right?

Also, they are still flying in the straights like i'm currently in my 4th season in driver career mode with RB, and every single car is faster than me on the straight and or i'm just slightly faster with ERS and even with DRS and I have almost a max level engine

Im really far into my career mode and for some reason the ai teams didnt adapt their engine and aero department and they were stil quicker than me im a straight line
the release AI on F122 was the best, so aggressive and they weren't little pussies like the F121 AI that just give you every inch for free
