@@nikhilsrl it depends on if you're willing ro shell out the money for the really high quality eggs. Definitely don't try eating the el cheapo Wally World eggs raw. But the $5-8 per dozen organic, free range eggs are definitely worth the money if you're wanting to eat them super lightly cooked or raw. If you happen to have a neighbor who raises chickens or farmers market where you can get eggs, those are generally pretty worthwhile too.
@@Gripfang also the US has salmonella issues with raw eggs. It's not an issue with the chickens in many others countries, like japan. Would not advise eating any raw eggs in the US. You'd probably be ok, but there's always a chance that it could give you salmonella there
OMG, that bowl of noodles with all the ingredients and the pork skin on top looks so yummy, the way only Mike can describe food and watching him eating it is absolutely starving me. There is NOTHING like slurping heavenly noodles, fresh made are THE BEST!! I know I am going to starve to death sitting here watching Mikey's videos of these Noodles. At the risk of being repetitive, NOBODY can do it like Mikey can. Matter of factly ANY food he describes just by how he describes will make someone NEED to try something at least once.

Those donuts are actually a lot moister than they appear. Like I was expecting them to be dry like most cake donuts but nah
i think it needs tea because it's very sweet dessert, also red bean with green tea is a classic combo in asian tea culture.

OK, now this means Seoul is definitely on the list of places to go in my lifetime for these noodles alone. Returning to Japan is #1 on my travel list, of course, but Seoul? Definitely on there now!
