This summer we went to the island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, to sail the waves of the northshore by windsurfing and wingfoiling!

Hi Yan!! Nice video, Fuerteventura is a nice island, great food as well. I am 87kg and I am riding 5.5x27 88l. I am 50 years young and confident winger, dont jump but like riding open ocean bumps, some waves and downwinds. I ride in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands), we have a lot of chop and wind swell (20 to 30 knots mostly). I am thinking to go down in size to 80 or 70 but I am a little bit afraid in choosing wrong size (can not test them here).I want a compromise between sth that is more surfy but also where I can get back going without a lot of physical effort. What would you recommend me? It would be my only wing board. Thx a million Yan
Hi Ramon and thanks for your comment :-) I would recommend you the 80l, small enough for your program and you will not have too much troubles to come back if the wind drops !

Salut superbe video de mon ile préférée ou j'allait avec mes potes en vacances a mon adolescence. Juste un détail le spot a l'entre de corralejo c'est Flag Beach et non Glass, mais pour les locaux c'est plus tôt el burro. Bon retour a fureté. et fait un saut a cofete.

Encore de belles images de vous 2 et une destination que je retiens pour un futur voyage, je pense qu'en hiver, ça doit être tout aussi cool, sympa également la visite touristique du site et villages avoisinants, quelle sera ta prochaine destination pour cet hiver ?
As tu essayé les nouvelles voiles 2024 ? pour ma part, j'ai reçu la 3,5 et 5m, j'apprécie la poignée plus longue car en tant que débutant, je trouve plus facile le passage à genoux / debout ,

Salut? J’utilise les boards bags ION, pour le wingfoil le core tech gearbag est parfait ;-)
Oui même pour des débutants il y a la plage de corralejo qui est bien adaptée plan d’eau plat avec de vent stable, il y avait pas mal de débutants ;-)
slt yann, que penses tu de cette destination wingfoil vagues en novembre ?
Salut, c’est top pour la houle tu peux avoir de très belles vagues sur le north shore, vent moins garanti mais en wing il faut pas grand-chose pour s’amuser ça devrait le faire ;-)
Bonjour. Combien de jours de windsurf et combien de wingfoil a Fuerte dans votre sejour? En juillet? Merçi
salut ! en 13 jours sur place, seulement 2 jours sans vent, et on a fait du windsurf les meilleures journées, 4 fois seulement... quand les vagues étaient plus petites j'ai fait de la wing, mais ça aurait pu le faire en windsurf aussi ;:-)
Et pouvez vous me dire dans quelles conditions Puerto Lajas marche pour wavesailing windsurfing?. Quel percentage de jours en juillet? N'importe pas que les vagues sont petites. Merci beaucoup@@YannRiffletFreerider
