Windsurfing in Fuerteventura - Punta Blanca Wave conditions -

- Have you ever thought about a windsurfing wave trip to Fuerteventura?
This summer I went again to the Canary Island for my trainings, but not to the usual and better known islands of Gran Canaria and Tenerife. Instead I went to Fuerteventura, for the second summer in a row, and these are some of the conditions that I scored: starboard tack side-onshore jumping and riding in a spot called Punta Blanca.
This spot is challenging as the wind is light and often gusty, side-onshore direction, and the waves are changing all the time together with the tide. When there's a challenge there's improvement though, so Punta Blanca definitely made me push my level and enjoy some great sessions.

I really like this kind of videos. Nice mix of spot talk, gear setup, great action shots (very nice Andrea!) and nice matching music. You feel like you are taking along in the experience. So nice :)
Thanks I really appreciate it! Such a great job from Andrea, super stoked to work together; this way we can make way more videos 🔥 Epic times ahead!
Man i am a guitar player but i did windsurf when i was young and i love Canary islands.
For me, this vidéo is just like paradise !
Thanks Fred from France
This video really makes me relive good old memories from sailing there, thank you Federico. Hope i´ll be sailing there once again.
That's great to read Rasmus! Good vibes, great windsurfing and high energy is what's all about 🙌💯

Very nice Video Frederico.
Fuerte is Action 😃
Thanks a lot! Yes, pure action!🔥
Nice footage and really fun day on the water. I hope your knee feels ok after all these back look. They look pretty clean in the footage. Thanks for the video and good vibes.
Thanks Andres! The knee is feeling great! It took me a while and lots of crushes to gain the confidence and technique again after the long stop, but now I'm feeling great both physically and mentally 🔥 Much more coming, let's goo 👊📈💯
@@FedericoMorisio Glad to read that ! Are you going to be in Chile in December?
@@andreslarrain2790 Yes, that's the plan! :) And I want to organise more Windsurfing Clinics 🤙
Grande Federico and bravo to Andrea as well for the shooting! Waiting for your El Burro clip now… I love Fuerte north shore spots even though they are for advanced because of the onshore conditions (and I am still working on 10 jibes out of 10 😅)
Thanks a lot! Andrea did such a great job! El Burro clip is next ;) Next summer you should join one of my Windsurfing Clinics, you will improve a lot and fast 🔥📈💯
Thinking of it. Chile right ?
@@costawindsurfchannel1844 Chile in January, then Fuerteventura in summer (July-August)! 👌💯
Nice I been there too!
Great place isn't it?! Did you try windsurfing?😁🤙
I like your videos! How consistent is the wind in winter?
Hey! Thanks, that's cool to hear! In winter the wind isn't that consistent; if you want to go to Fuerte you should go with a forecast! The wind isn't consistent but when you get the good days it's pretty epic!💯
What's your weight? (To relate to boardsize)
Ciao Claudio! My weight is 73kg! I try to use 5-10 liters more than my weight usually
Wind is light and you rig a 4.6 😂
Hahaha that's because it's a Severne S-1 Pro and with the incredible range that it has sometimes it almost feels like a 4.8-5.0 🙌💯 I love that!
