    Brother I had the same sort of issue on my e63 650i and all it needed was a gearbox service, it was shifting very jerky and literally use to shake the whole car sometimes, of course as soon as it accrued I stopped driving it and booked a garage with a ramp for a whole day, got all the parts for the gearbox service (oil, filter and etc…) and it was as good as new after, if you look after these V8s and V10s cars with N62B48 and S85B50 engines how they are supposed to be looked after, in return it will look after you 😉these cars are not for everyone, you either love it or hate it there is no in between 😂 some people give our cars and engines such a bad name the n62 and s85 engines, those are the same people that drive a wv polo 1.2L and ford focus. Iv owned at least 10 different cars(BMW, Mercedes and Audis only) before I bought my E63 650i and my first V8 car about 2.5 years ago and this car has been the most reliable out of all of them.

    I like your plans for a future daily 😉 Owning my second 335d now (E91) with the more than solid M57. First one I had I also upgraded a couple parts and was running around 400hp and 850nm of torque, while having a practical wagon that only used 6.8l/100km.
    Now with my second 335d, I only did minor upgrades, but still running around 330hp and 700nm. I just reached 290'000km with it, and so far the only thing that broke were the notorious thermostats and the throttle body. Everything else is rocksolid so far!
    So if you're going for a E9X generation M57 powered 335d I can only recommend!

    manual swap would certainly erase the clutch / gearbox issue in the future

    either you put M-Dct and try it with standalone tcu or u buy light flywheel/clutch kit and go with it

    Look for the DCT upgrade - ideally the F10 DCT

    My friend swap in manual. Have all part numbers for oem swap. It’s costly but will be to bmw spec

    You are legend man. I love you because you have best car.. you know what is best 🗿. ..I still don’t get it how people are stupid when they hate M6 or M5. Broh that 20 year old V10 with F1 technology. Those are legendary supercars. Of course it will cost you more money. It’s V10 507hp. Best sound best looking car. Show me one V10 that are cheap and don’t break. Show me one super car that don’t cost you so much money . When stupid people will understand.!!

      @@azizdrives i know that feel but actually i take it back, one of my hungarian frind g87 owner just got his m2 and already have a gearbox issue, his Zf automatik stucked in 7th gear, and he was drivin like that all the way to home . xD

    Clutch slave cylinder problem. Don't be stupid and not replacing when doing the clutch job.
