Wowza! Loved everything in this kiln opening Sarah! I love tropical things! I need to watch it again to take notes. The wasabi combo is great and the monsteras bowl is stunning! Thank you so much for sharing!💕💕💕
My gosh what an incredible kiln load!! Even your refired are amazing!! The fairy house mug is just gorgeous! I love all the details!!! The monstera leaf dishes are my favorite and how cool you used your own plants leaves. I also love the fish mug. You did an amazing job coloring those fish in!
So pretty right from the start! The books around the bottom of the mug are just so whimsical! Actually all of your mugs are just wonderful! Such a fun kiln unload!
Oh yay I love seeing kiln openings sitting there!! That first leaf is stunning. Where do u think the blue is coming from? Your patio is gorgeous btw! I love your handles they r lovely. That watermelon mug wow! Never thought to put amaryllis inside gorgeous! That house mug what a labor of love I hope u keep it. I wish I could get the hot pink ug. Stunning unload love all the leaves but watermelon one is my fav xx
Yes I do! My dad made these cute little press molds with composite wood. I have a “short” that shows me using them. It’s the one with a bear face. I believe you can get similar from GR pottery forms. 😊
I’m sorry I’m just seeing this, I’m out of town for the next couple of weeks. If I were to guess the wide part is about 3” then they taper at a 45 ish degree angle.
Great kiln opening! Love the large leaf plates! Amazing flamingo mug! So many nice pieces. Congrats! Thank you!
Thanks so much Audrey, I was a little disappointed with how many I need to refire, but oh well.

I get excited to see your as well! I think the blue is from the celadon bloom covering the Wasabi. At least that’s my best guess. Thanks again!

Love that monstera leaf bowl! How do you make the little trinket dishes. Do you use a form?

Thank you!
Would you mind measuring the form across the top of the form so I know the size please?

How many layers of the cocoa mat shino did you put on your wood mug? I tried it on a rabbit and it came out rough and thin
I did three thick coats.
