I can't guarantee about others, but us being the only country who had zero crime rate for the whole manila main city during a boxing match is one of a kind in the whole world.
Its not only in Manila seriously although its kinda rare in my area to have commited crimes it really drops to zero as ling as its Manny Pacqiao and would be a talk and trend for weeks even children watch it and try to imitate his fights so yea only in my Area of which is Visayas I can confurn but the rare commited crimes Im only referring to Antique

You can just speak English. I swear in almost every island you go, average Filipino/Filipina knows basic English and can just respond to you even if it is broken. It is never an impossible communication. Besides, English and Filipino are the lingua franca that ties all the islands together. That is why it is normal here in the Philippines to have trilinguals because of our two official languages and having their own native tongue from their regions.

I remember a CZcamsr couple i subscribed 3 years ago, they are the Juicy Vlogs.
I subscribed to them when they are only around 10-15K subscribers only.
They joked about eating balut if they reach 100K subs. They now live in the Philippines and has been vlogging mostly in the Philippines and Asia. After a few months they reached 100K already hahahhaa they ate Balut bcoz of their promise. Now living in the Philippines for 3+ years, they now have 517K subscribers. Hahaha so watch out. Just keep up the good work and we appreciate Filipino contents.
I'll teach you on how to eat balut, my way.
When you eat balut, you break the pointy outer shell of the egg or at least when you look at it.
Just hit on a hard surface very gently and then peel the broken pieces.
(If you've noticed that the inside is shallow or there's space and there's the white skin inside just turn to the other side of the egg and then hit again.)
Okay, once you found the side that you're sure has the embryo of it, just keep peeling the other shell making a small opening, then you can drink, sip or suck the embryo juice or fluid inside of it.
After drinking the broth or fluid proceed peeling the shell halfway so you can still hold the egg at the bottom. From here on you can add some small, pinch of salt or you can also pour a little bit of vinegar on top of the embryo.
Then, you bite half way or you can swallow the whole embryo if you can or if you like.
Now the most important part for the first timers. Do not chew it roughly.
If you do, you will really feel the balut.
Just chew it gently, and make sure you add the yellow part of the embryo in your mouth.
Do not look into the embryo and internalize the look of it, especially if you're not really eating balut and just trying it for the first time.
Furthermore, don't prolong chewing the balut in your mouth if you're not used to eating it.
I hope this helps you guys if in the future you will try to eat balut.

If you try balut. Tell the vendor to give you "balut sa puti" so the baby duck is not that big and bony. And try using vinegar rather than salt.
