You don’t need to learn these things in school just have experiences, David reeding is just trying to start fights but you Carlos you seem cool cause you said your opinion and that was it I can respect that 100% and do I know a lot no never said I did but I did list the normal reactions to said drugs now does everyone have different reactions hell yeah no doubt about it but all I did was list the normal symptoms. Nah, the fall of Tobuscus didn’t start with the allegations. It ENDED with the allegations. Toby got caught up on creating books and mobile games and started to upload WAY less content. By the time the allegations were public, Toby had already lost most of his viewers.

I cannot stress enough how much I've watched tobuscus. He was such a big part of my childhood I even got me and my mom to watch him with me so we've had so many inside jokes about him. It was very sad to see his downfall because I absolutely loved him as a child and it affected me because he was amazing. When the allegations came up I had no idea how to feel about him. And the first keemstar video I've seen was that of what you were talking about. I had no idea what to think about tobuscus anymore so I had no choice but to move on from him. I never had another CZcamsr I watched as continuously as I did with him. I related to him with his fun personality and adhd because I literally have the same thing now
Same here. Crazy and very sad to think back then he was my absolute hero and now I have thought about him MAYBE once or twice in 5 years. I really wish I could’ve seen what he would’ve been like to day had all those allegations not came out.

Pewdiepie is a good example of this tbh, I’m not much a fan of his brand of humor but I know he changed a lot since back then. Back in CZcams’s “golden age” pewdiepie was also known for screaming and overreacting constantly while doing let’s plays, but now him and his content has matured a lot and his humor has changed so he kept a lot of his older audience
Yeah, I've never heard of him until now, but I secretly love watching those "What ever happened to..." shows. I find it's a great way to see someone's entire career, summarized. You get to know them on a deeper level. Now if I go back and watch his old videos it'll feel more intense 'cause I now know where he ended up. Is that weird? 🤔

I think it would have been relevant to the video to point out, that one of his exes actually somewhat defended him.You showed Jaclyn Glenn's video as if she accused him of sexual assault as well, but she actually described how her experience with him was the opposite. If she seemed like she wasn't a 100% into it, he would lose all interest in sex. She did however confirm the drug misuse and how he was a serial cheater. Still, I think it would have been good to mention that (as far as i'm aware) only the first allegation was about sexual assault, the others mostly described him as an asshole.

Tbh it was going down before then. He was the first youtuber I had every subbed to and it was because of his Minecraft series. It’s sad to see what has happened to his channels and I continue to wish he somehow can come back and be relevant again.

I miss him a lot. His videos were like all I watched on CZcams when I was little. I hope he’s doing alright. I know that he loved what he did and it was devastating to see his happy, positive platform basically taken from him.
When the initial allegations came out, I was only in middle school, so I couldn't fully comprehend them but got the impression to not watch his videos anymore. As an adult looking back, it makes me sick to know that I enjoyed his content back then, especially after him posing with Kyle Rittenhouse and advertising a shooting game insta. All my nostalgia for him was squashed in a blink.

I'm 29 now and tobygames was a huge part of my life growing up. I still go back to watch his minecraft, terraria, and skyrim playthroughs.
Anytime I see anything from him now though I just see a broken man. I think his Tobuscus persona still holds up today and maybe that's just what I'm missing. Kind of makes me feel bad though. Like, I dont enjoy him as himself but only as his tobuscus character.
