The 68th Eurovision Song Contest will be hosted in Malmö, Sweden. Semifinals and finals will be held May 7th, 9th and 11th in Malmö Arena.

Alyonas outfit makes me think of an emperor. Its a ton of fabric yes, but in a way that gives Royalty in a non-gender-specific way and I think thats really cool!

Honestly to me as a man Iolanda looks the best. The costume looks elevated compared to the national final. I hope her hair will be like on rehearsal. It all looks great in total. Natalia honorable mention.

I read somewhere Bambie would change the dress. I like this, I don't think it's particularly worse than Late Late Show, but I preferred outfit from the national final just because French cap added a bit of sweetness into the whole package, which I think would have made it a bit more accessible to locals. I agree tho that this one feels elevated and more fit for Eurovision stage.

Can I say something with all due respect, cause I absolutely love your content, been following you for years and you are the only one that makes honest commentary even when your opinions may not be popular to the masses. I have noticed this for quite some time when it comes to men's fashion. I think it's safe to say that you are always way more generous towards men and I believe you want them to be better, become more brave and start paying attention to the fashion, just as women artists do. I believe men's bar is set extremely low, so the moment they do the tinniest of effort, we are all here being the best cheerleaders. But in my head, this is what societally we have conditioned men to do all the time, while simultaneously and subconsciously being more harsh towards women. Probably because we know they can do better and are already more advanced in this sector. Anyway, you may disagree, but I wouldn't say it if I knew you wouldn't at least consider what I am trying to communicate. It comes from true respect towards you and your work. Not from a place of judgmental mind-games

That's why I think we shouldn't treat men artists with kids’ gloves. I am sure they are strong enough to take any potential criticism. I just think as a society we are conditioned to always tone it down when it comes to men's feelings getting hurt

I'm pretty sure (my imagination) that at the end of the song, Nemo will slip their „ugly" feather jacket down over their shoulders and then unfurl a beautiful dress. Take a good look at this jacket. The white "beard" could be the hem of the dress. Why else would Nemo wear such a warm and monstrous jacket with overlong sleeves? This is the transformation of a duckling into a swan.

@@archienoyce2453 we'll see Nemo is very smart. He knows full well that this snippet we see is going to bring outrage and whatnot with the fans who are set in their ways ( like me 😜). But you got to admit that knowing how good he is vocally you will sit your derrière down and stay for the grand reveal ( if it ever comes) and doing that he will break your code : having your undevided attention.
@@alicekoppenol-pitti6257 i never denied their vocals, their skill is incredible, whether I like their outfit or not I would be happy to see them win the jury. (also just a reminder nemos pronouns are they/them). flamingo coat or not I look forward to their performance and hope they do well

I saw Nutsa in London and she is beautiful but she is mini! Her styling team in the music video with those thick shoulder straps and here are clearly not concerned with her proportions
In Europe they really liked Yolanda's (Portugal) outfit, especially the pants and now the bodice.

About nemo- the hot pink pops out on stage which I I like, but over all I prefer the retro look of the vid, it confuses me that the stage performance, and the video have a completely different look and feel, it’s like looking at two completely different performers.

It's a bit strange but I had the same feeling as Alexandro(s?). I agree, Australia looks amazing but look at the pants of Croatia and the dancers? Does it really matter? Why do people like Windows95, Isaak, the Netherlands, Sweden or Aizerbadjan? Not because of their clothing. When talking about Malta, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark and Georgia? Different story, unfortunately. It's not that I disagree with your opinion. Just thinking.🥰

disappointing year in terms of styling. If we compare this to 2021 or 2022, or even 2023, this year is just sub-par. I don't know if current fashion trends are to blame, but we've taken a step backwards..
