Yeah I'm sure he is enjoying himself, but he hasn't progressed as a musician in 25 years. Blink isn't shit. Watered down pop punk played by rich kids who have grown into rich man-kids. Not much talents. Not much substance. But yeah, they are pretty mediocre at playing medio-core.

There is something amazing about how music will bring back the best parts of your life. You can see the happiness shoot up from his body into the back of his head as he remembers playing this on stage.
I've been really wanting to play again but I'm scared honestly for lack of a better word. I haven't even opened the case from when I played at my last show. Pretty popular band in Texas, lead singer was big into drugs and drinking and died young. The band broke up after that and now my bass sits in the case and my cab turned into something I just put random shit on.
I think personally we attach music to parts of our lives, sort of like a bookmark. I love blink, for me theyre memories of high school and being a teen with no responsibility, they were also the first thing i ever started listening to. Music is funny that way. Hits hard with nostalgia. Makes us feel great but sad at the same time.

I believe Travis plays drums on the entire album and Mgk’s voice lends itself to sounding very similar to Tom’s through out

I know, to be fair it is pretty tricky and playing that while jumping around and singing probably is difficult for him because he’s even admited he not a good bass player ( not to say he isn’t )

Thing is, he'd love for it to happen. I think he's just tired of trying to force it. I think at this point he's just waiting for it to happen organically, which would be my preference too. Don't worry, they'll play together again. If an Axl & Slash reunion can occur, something no one on this planet in their right mind ever would have predicted, then anything is possible.

Some of you fans are crazy. It's not up to Mark. Tom has his own shit going on. I'm sure one day it will happen, a reunion tour or something. Maybe the 20 year anniversary of self titled they'll do some kind of reunion tour if they are still into it, but as of now it's not going to happen so quit asking for it.
Just to be clear, a reunion will happen someday, just not any day soon. There is too much money that could be made for it not to happen.

I was a young 20 year old overseas, when this album came out. The excitement I had listening to the songs hose 3 guys had put together, was amazing. It was a welcoming break that gave me a piece of my youth right there in my discman.

If this ain’t proof he misses jamming with Tom then I don’t know what it is. You can see it in his face when Tom starts singing and at the end when he’s mouthing his parts alongside Tom. He really misses it, not in a sad way, but in a bittersweet way I think. It’s just so great knowing they still talk, and knowing that door remains open for the future. I don’t care for the Matt era stuff but I’m glad Mark and Trav are happy and I’m at peace with where all my boys are at in their respective lives.
