Same brother, only offline key can decrypt, not applicable for online key, decryption keys are of two types online and offline, emsi soft work only for offline keys.😭😭
Ransomware which are modified after August 2019 are impossible to decrypt right now because they all are in online ID format.....the only solution is to pay or format your data, if u don't want to do both then you can save your data in an external drive to decrypt it for future whenever EMISSOFT software find any solution then they will update it and then u can decrypt it..... because It happened with me and I choose future option....hope u understand👍🙏

I accidentally got ransomware (.zzla file) virus on my PC. Then I find GridingSoft Anti-malware and downloaded it. I scanned and tried to clean. Now, I am trying to get "free trial activation key" email. But every time I get a warning said that "I have to connect to internet and be online". But the problem is I am online and I have wireless connection. I cannot get "activation key" email and cannot clean my PC.

Last day, I used a USB drive, it had very dangerous virus and affected my PC very badly. This virus changed my all videos, pictures, as well as all data to shortcut file type. My PC had 3 drives; 100 GB C drive, 100 GB D driv and 500 GB E drive. Total 750 GB, all drives almost full.
When the bloody virus affected my PC, all drives data changed to shortcut file type and all drives completely empty 😥.
