I remember thinking to myself, "come on, there is no way someone can drink a dozen diet cokes in one day!" As someone who is no stranger to diet cokes I decided to give it a try one Saturday (as I knew I didn't have to work the next day in case my body decided to enact revenge). Diet coke is my favorite soda, thus I figured I could do it. It wouldn't be easy, but I'm sure I was up for the challenge. I tapped out after seven cans... My body couldn't take any more diet coke. How Trump does it every day is a mystery. I won't get into too many explicit details, but lets just say my body didn't appreciate the 12 cans of coke gauntlet challenge.
I hope that you learned your lesson after consuming 12 cans of diet coke. I have stopped drinking soda 2 years now. My body is now used to water because I have realized I have been consuming too much sugar from soda and I wanted to get rid of that habit.

I used to have 3-4 cans of pop, I now drink 1-2 or 1 can or a bottle, I do trick a lot of water and sometimes I walk on the treadmill, I too a break form pop for a while, I still was drinking water but I would have juice, fruit punch, Gatorade or raspberry tea. But now I try not to have more than too cans a day and I’ll spread it out throughout the day meaning I’ll have one in the day, like at 11am and then one at night like at 7pm.
