I remember this song when i was a kid. It blew up so hard when it came out. You could not turn on the radio or go anywhere for weeks and weeks without hearing this.
Swedish pop groups like Ace of Base and those from other countries in Europe were part of the iconic 80s & 90s sound we still enjoy today 🎧 this was what made these decades memorable. keep listening guys!! 💜

I was in my late 20's when this came out. It seemed like every time I got in the car to go to work, or anywhere, it was playing on every radio station! I have not heard it in quite a while; great reaction!
I jocked Top 40 radio, et al, from the early 80's, thru the middle 2000's, when this came across my desk, I knew it would catch fire...and it did, for a while, but it was a very catchy song, Rock On!
They were HUGE in South Africa when I was a teenager in the 90’s…their first hit here, was “All That She Wants.” Thru we’re doing cool then, I thought the girls were beautiful / they were so different. ❤️

Every Saturday morning I would wake up and pop this CD in a clean the house. My kids knew when this was getting played they knew what time it was. All That She Wants and Don't Turn around were the other hits from that album

Growing up in small town Kansas in the 90s and early 2000s there was.....expectedly....not much to do on the weekends if you weren't 21. We had a movie theater that had 4 screens total so we were constantly behind on movies that weren't blockbusters. And MY personal favorite of the two, was the skating rink. I met ALL my friends either there or in school. Which was funny because one of the 2nd grade public school teachers owned and operated it. It was bigger than all but one rink I've ever seen since. It BROKE MY HEART when they shut it down and sold it to Walmart who built a supercenter over it.
