It’s early September in British Columbia and the chill of the northern Canadian wilderness is starting to set in. The Fair Chase team embarks on a hunt of a lifetime, looking for a trophy bull moose. Battling the elements and navigating the wild terrain, they find themselves in a game of patience and skill against BC's beautiful backdrop. After several days of planning and adapting to the unpredictable weather, the team’s persistence paid off. A giant bull moose emerges, presenting the challenge they’ve been waiting for.

I really appreciate the emphasis on beautiful filmography and good storytelling; the widescreen was a nice creative touch. The energy and excitement after your shot was almost palpable. Congratulations on such a gorgeous bull and thanks for sharing your hunt. If I had to choose a gun to take on a moose hunt like this, I would pick my Grandfather’s Savage 30-06. He always dreamt of chasing those rutting, big paddled, beasts of the bush. But God called him Home before he got the chance. So someday, Lord willing, I hope to make that dream of his a reality on an adventure full of good memories.

Awesome video. Really is a once in a life time adventure. I would take my 300 Rum. Sorry Christensen Arms, this particular rifle is a Remington 700. It was the best I could get when I was younger. It has served me well in the Idaho mountains killing elk. I’m sure it would work great on a bull Moose too.

Amazing hunt. I’d chose my CA Ridgeline in 300 WM. This would be a dream hunt for this disabled retired first responder, but unfortunately not a possibility on a very tight budget with a family. Enjoy and experience as much as you can, the wonders never cease. Thank you for sharing this experience, a Moose hunt has always been a dream of mine, unfortunately I won’t ever happen for me.

Great hunt - congratulations on a great moose! I just ordered my first two Christensen hunting rifles (one for me and one for my son), but could not get them in my fav 7mm WSM caliber - so went with another fav 308 for our whitetail hunts. For moose which I have hunted, I take my ole 325WSM - not in favor, but I've used it for moose, black bear, and red stag, and have never been disappointed!
