Replacing Clutch Spring on Kawasaki Nomad 1600

  • This video illustrates how I replaced clutch spring on my 2005 Kawasaki Nomad 1600. The difficulty of this job is 4 on point 10 point scale. It took me about 3 hrs over the span of 3 days to disassemble and assemble the bike (I was replacing the clutch spring on a motorcycle for the first time while recording it).

    hey thanks for video.after you replace spring the clutch level it is more hard to compress them before?

    shouldn't use grease.
    put spring and washers on center and install as an assembly

    at 23:25 when you put the rod back in was there just a bearing or was there a washer to

    I have 2002 Kawasaki eliminator BN125 I'm changing the entire parts including the frictions plates

    why didn't you even check the friction plates ,how many miles are on your bike

    Did you torque the bolts on the clutch cover or is hand tightening enough?
