1. Rose Quartz, a talisman

The Goddess Aphrodite held so much love for the God Adonis that when he was attacked by Ares, the God of War, she rushed to his defense and cut herself on a briar bush. Their mingling blood dripped onto a quartz crystal and stained the stone pink, creating what we now call the ultimate crystal symbol of love.
7. Rose Quartz as medicine
Australian bush doctors often incorporate the use of this healing stone for their medicinal elixirs and healing practices. I have a rose quartz necklace that belonged to my Grandmother. It's over 100 years old. I love wearing it, because it makes me feel the love from my Grandma from Heaven. Today I found my rose pink quartz stone. I thought I had lost it last July when I went home to California when my sister died.Before that, I would carry it in my pocket daily and at night I would take it out and say to it all the things that I was grateful for in my day and then I would sit it on my dresser and in the morning I would get up kiss it and put it in my pocket again. When I returned home from California I did not have it. I knew I should have taken it to California with me.Today I found it and I am so very happy to have lt today once again to have and to hold and to kiss it

I gave a friend of mine a piece of rose quartz many years ago and within months, it had changed from pure rose color to white! I thought it was because of her energy (and desperation!). I was told years later that occasionally that does happen, but that is the only time in my experience I ever saw it. For myself, it is one of my favorites and always makes me feel at peace.

I love crystals cuz every time I hold rose quartz it.. breaks. I had a rose quartz pendulum, carried her with me for a few hours, n then held it against my body for bout 2 minutes.. held it over my left hand, and the tip broke off. Twas in great shape beforehand. No pun intended.
Thank you sir💫😇 sir I came to know that before using rose quartz,we should soak it in salt water to purify it. And in one video someone told it's important to soak it for 3days in salt water just to check whether it's a real rose quartz or a coloured one specially if I wish to intake the over night rose quartz soaked water in daily basis. Now my question is if I soak it in salt water for such a long time, wouldn't it absorb the salt in it? And salt is not good for our skin no? So after soaking in salt water and then cleaning in tap water, would it gonna give us that glow to our skin when we will use it for rubbing it in our skin? Or, is that mean the cleansing way is different depending on our use wheather we are using it for external skin use or using for drinking purpose internally?
