For me it’s Ladd over Coleman. Despite losing his top WR weapons in the offseason, Allen projects as the QB1 in fantasy mostly because of his rushing upside. Herbert is a pocket QB that lost most his WR talent in the offseason but i isn’t known to use his legs to extend plays or threaten to score. For that reason, Ladd stands to be the greater benefactor.
Ladd > Coleman. Shakir and Kincaid already have continuity in that Bills offense plus Keon is not the best at separating which may limit his fantasy value. Ladd is better due to Palmer being the only trustworthy guy for Herbert so a number 2 is up for grabs on the chargers offense. Anytime I grab Coleman, I’m stacking him with Shakir or Kincaid.

Ladd eats
Ladd might get 60 catches 800 yards 5 tds max
I've heard reported that Colemans 40 time wasn't very good and has never had a heavy workload. I'll take another Bill's receiver.
