Just an FYI, the rule for roundabouts is not give way to the right. For Victoria it is:
Before entering a roundabout, you must give way to any:
-vehicle already in the roundabout
-tram entering or approaching the roundabout.
Vehicles do not need to give way to pedestrians at roundabouts unless there is a pedestrian crossing there.
Same for NSW. But giving way to the right has just become the norm

Started with my daughter from hour 0. Large parking lot of a church or school on the weekend just get used to brake, gas, turning, and lots of wide open parking spots.

Darren I don't know how it is in Australia, but here in RSA, if you do your test in an automatic then you can only drive automatics. If you do your test in a manual transmission, then you can drive either. Let's face the facts though. Driving a manual is a lot more fun than driving an automatic. I wonder how Darren would do teaching someone to drive a motorbike? I also agree and learned the hard way that you should never drive when angry. Love the channel and keep safe.
i havnt heard any state implementing those restrictions. Each State has its own regs but you can drive in all of them . Your speeding fine still comes in your letterbox no matter where you are. But if you move interstate you need to get a new license to drive

I was lucky I did a lot of my L's before hours were needed just 6 months time . I was driving in Courier type work vans so could see the road better . made a better driver . And they were the some manual shift on the steering wheel

Thats what i thought.
A lot of countries give you the option to either learn manual or automatic, the downside being that if you learn automatic, it says so on your permit and you are only allowed to drive automatic while you can drive automatic and manual if you learn manual.

So anybody can teach driving? In germany u Need to pay an instructor to teach u drive . It cost around 2000-3000 €😅
yap what he just did is not allowed over here. you could go to a special training area though and then let someone who hasn't got a license yet drive there without a proper instructor but that is it.
