The "champis" (champiñones) in the Motrikes are so good because they have not cleaned the grill since last century! LOL!!!! If you really want a good champi in Bilbao, you have to go to the Bar Arias in San Francisco.

I always thought Pinchos meant literally a pinch of something, and then I found out the original pincho was just a anchovie with a pepper. To be drunk with beer. Then it got more elaborate and now I must have a decent tortilla
It's a Hidden Gem of food in Northern Spain that people should experience once in their life
"To be drunk with beer" or "to be eaten with beer". Two very different meanings in Ohio English.
