Absolutely, Pochettino's ability to keep a lid on things, despite various distractions like the Belle Silva incident, penalty controversies, Sterling's inconsistency, and player injuries, speaks volumes about his managerial prowess. Unlike Conte or Mourinho (both serial winners and with a winning mentality), who might have blown these issues out of proportion and disrupted team harmony, Pochettino maintains unity and trust within the squad. He's the ideal candidate to build something substantial with this young team, provided the owners exercise patience as well.

To be fair to Mudryk we seem to be so one-sided in our build-up play, when Mudryk went off and Gallagher was pushed to the left side he kept wailing his hand up asking for the play to be switched, but it hardly happened, we seem to be so right sided in our build-up play.

Truth is they’ve been trying to play for each other for months. Our setup has been consistently mid since December, Pochettino has been holding them back for a while now. Funny how they look like they want to play for each other ever since Pochettino changed his tactical setup at Villa…
