My thought, though could be wrong as we'll probably never know the truth until certain things change in Korea, is that MoonSun are full; Whereas with WheeSa, to me it feels likes it's 50% their probably Bi & 50% they do the stuff they do because they know it gets reactions of all sorts.
Partially because Whee In & Hwa Sa are essentially childhood friends, whereas Moonbyul & Solar started out keeping things professional as they didn't know each other really -> getting to know each other -> getting to "KNOW" each other [ie Moon knowing/"knowing" Solar dances naked in front of her mirror]. Other reasons why I believe that MoonSun are full are they take vacations together (just the two of them), getting couple's hats & pajamas & claiming that it's a Friends Vacation [not fooling anyone ;)], ALL of Moon's reactions post "We Got Married" whenever anyone had brought up either the show (Solar was on it) or mentioned the name "Eric Nam" when talking to Solar about the show (Solar pretend-married Eric for the show).
