Shrinkflation is not new. I noticed it in the 80s. Producers have been alternating between raising prices and shrinking packaging for a long time. Don't blame the packaging. Pay attention to what you're buying and shop around more.

It will answer whether the average Americans IQ level is really less than 20 or if there are still a majority of fairly intelligent citizens left in America. That's the first question it will answer. And then all the other questions can be addressed.
Ummm the reason the patents for insulin keep extending (it’s called evergreening) is because they keep changing the delivery system. The insulin itself is still essentially the same. Different packaging, higher cost.

Did he really just spew that much stupidity/ignorance? Excuse me mr. small business owner, maybe ppl like u can overlook it cuz u can obviously afford to waste money and simply buy an extra one but some of us r too poor and more often than not we just go without completely becuz we feel it's inappropriate (and enabling) to purchase ANYTHING from companies financially r%ping the poverty stricken hard-working factory workers that live so far in the country/the woods it's a half hour drive to the nearest store. Min wage here is still $7.25 and has been for 15 years...if u have tattoos n piercings or if you've ever had a felony relating to violence or theft u can try for decades to get a job at the dollar store or walmart, where they are starting ppl out at $12 to $15 bucks an hour btw, but still never get hired. At $7.25/hr ppl can literally make more money from disability and assistance than they would working. Ppoint being, there's a LOT of ppl lower than u on the totem pole that can barely make ends meet so saving 15 to 45 cents on each of about 20 items bought each week starts to add up and I personally will spend time loading digital coupons if it even saves me 3 to 5 dollars a month. It's not right cuz the companies only do it cuz they know they can get away with it cuz a lot of ppl r living comfortably enough to not have to scrimp and save every penny and r all too willing to overlook it but u let it happen now and everything will keep shrinking while the price gets higher.
