-3/4 Cup / 90G AP Flour
-1 Tsp Baking Powder
-1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
-1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
-1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
-1/2 Tsp Salt
Wet
-3 Tbsp Oil
-1/4 Cup / 50G Brown Sugar
-6 Tbsp/ 90mL Whole Milk
-1 Egg (55G)
-1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Crumb Topping
-3 Tbsp AP Flour
-1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
-1/2 Tbsp Sugar
Bake at 375F / 191 C for 15 mins or until golden brown.
