Please add less sugar and first knead the dough for 15 to 20 minutes minimum without adding oil and butter, then add butter at room temperature, knead for 2-5 minutes, then add oil, knead for 5 minutes. Let it rise twice. You will get perfect bread 😊

If you bake it at 220 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes it will be less like a cake and a lot fluffier and more of a bread like texture.

You didn't properly get the air bubbles out,so your bread doesn't have loads of air holes in it.This is basically cake.Keep trying.You've got this!

This is the first recipe on CZcams that hasnt come out as shown (shocker right).
Look at the cut where she adds flour when on the table. Thats where I Just was for the last half hour. Went through more than a cup of flour more just to keep it from running.
Do yourself a favor. Find a more clear video that shows actual outcomes to measurements and dont rely on shorts. If you decide to follow through with this video, add more flour before you put on table to kneed. You'll save yourself a mess.
