She also 1) wasn't wearing a tight miniskirt, making it _much_ easier to take a big step down, 2) looked like she had slightly different/lower heels than a couple of the others, and 3) is very young, whereas a few of the models shown are over 40 and two are nearly 50! Of course they're not going to move as fluidly as her.

Agreed. They need to stop landing on a bent knee. The knee obviously bends in the midst of weight transfer but not once full weight is on one leg. Bent knee looks amateur, it shortens the legs, and looks less graceful. This is what I've learned from runway classes and heels dance classes I've taken.

You can start with early 00s Dior, for example, Dior SS 2002, Dior SS 2003, or even the most basic known 00s Dior show, Dior FW 2003, and even in the 90s, Anna Sui Spring 1994 has one of the best models walking. And I'm sorry if you like the modern walk, but in my opinion, it's the most basic walk I've ever seen on the runway compared to the other generations (no hate to Irina and Anok; they're both beautiful).
