I LITERALLY have never seen someone so perfect inside and out before. She has the most inspirational story ever and is unabashedly herself.
I loved that she said Tom Ford personally asked her how she felt about chains with her dress because he didn’t want to just represent black women in chains. We need more designers like this who choose to be aware of micro aggressions and racially prejudiced symbols that have plagued the black community. The fact that he was mindful of this and made sure her voice on this outfit mattered is Everything!
