Thank you, please don't read more into this than the truth. The units are empty and if they stay empty, we get nothing and can never recover any money. So better to offer deals and get something vs nothing. The staff is here, and the units are here, so just want to get them filled with happy guests. Todd
Yo dude.....sir Chubbs. Great work on the rentals. I am shocked you do not take one of those units yourself. All you need to do is negotiate with a stiff upper lip and a kind smile. But then again with Anne at your side you probably have a great deal where you are. 👍👍

yes you can pull a scooter or motorcycle in the garage area there 👍 i will add some temps, i havent touched base on that in a while 😃
After checking prices..... is quite good for short stay 😁 Actually not bad. but 1 bed and studio same price? Prefer the smaller studio. 6 month or 1 year discount? edit nevermind i saw you dont do 6 month or 1 year terms.

The answer to your question is all units are owned by my wife & I or by my associate who we do marketing for them. We are a licensed real estate company, by the city and the SEC, but we do not handle outside properties. Todd
$536 is too damn much for me !!! It is nice enough but not worth that price. A studio like that w/o the pool in Lexington Ky. is only $500/mo. > In the US !!! 🤔

All depends on where you rent in the USA. If you were in Los Angeles, $1,500 won’t get you nowhere near this. Still in NYC, $3,500 and you might just live in a closet. Then again the comfort of your retirement also depends on your pension, how big your family is and what you’re accustomed to. What I’m trying to say is that everything is relative. They showed this so you can gauge what suits your budget and it appears that it does not.
I don't think $536.00 is too bad. Angeles City vs. Lexington Ky. That's a no brainer.
