0:15 and 2:46 is just the same footage! Really stretching it to 10 mins mate...
1:27
Big brain time
That first one is pretty impressive.
Some of these planes are freakin' *huge* !!! I'm surprised some of them ever get off the ground! Thank goodness for the laws of physics ☺️
these are very experienced pilots
AWESOME video, truly excellent pilot's. Thanks for sharing
My man drifting with the plane in the first video
2:04 That's some Hand flying right there... I wouldn't want to do that with a side stick, no thank you.
Such RAW, yet COOL nerves of STEEL these pilots must possess! With such STAGGERING responsibilities that they carry for each flight, they must keep to their schedules, to their maximum abilities. I would guess that most of the crosswinds depicted, must be no LESS than 40KT's, and, some of these, must be FAR higher. Yet they aggressively, yet precisely attack each gust, as if . . . "You can not deter me; I'm gonna carry my ship STRAIGHT DOWN THE SLOT; and you malevolent winds are NOT stopping me." Sully would be friggin' proud of each and every one of you! And if I'm not mistaken, it looks like they either apply much more reverse thrust than's usually necessary, or, cut that thrust radically down, to let the airplane's weight/mass come into play, AS SOON AS IS POSSIBLE. If I were a passenger, after such a landing, I would be damn sure, to thank my pilot, hug myself, and tell him or her, "This is definitely for you!", because, maybe, not too many would be into "warm fuzzies"(Laughs!)!
Let’s face it. Your anxiety level just went over 9,000
Why flight simulator??
The Best Compilations ? and you put in videos from the simulator !!!!! nice
2:15 - 2:30 Swiss001 Vibes
Whats with the fake sim footage at 6:19
Cockpit view was awesome
Lots of repeat footage and even a flight sim? Really wanted the 10min
4:56 jet powered bus
@Chris Wise Literally every country has airlines with Jet-powered aircraft
All I saw was a lot of damaged tarmac from the size of the pilots balls...dragging down the runway
4 no is cool airbus.
1 is impressive.
nice music at the end, what is it?
Fantastic!! Putting a camera under an airplane was awesome!! Took my breath away. Literally. But Airbus 2, the third plane (I couldn't get the name) and Thomas Cook all had a hard time but did it excellently!!
Camera underneath the airplane? You mean the flight simulator?
The “Airbus 2” is a Airbus Beluga. It is used to transport a variety of things, but mostly aircraft parts. Boeing has a very similar aircraft with the Boeing Dreamlifter.
1:23 big brain plane
6:12....
It don't get smoother than that
Imagine living that as a passenger
I'd shit myself
*Butter*
N sabia q dava pra fazer drift com um aviao no inicio do video
Of course emirates.
All of you sending in clips..It's no bloody use sending in clips of crosswind landings from the side of the plane!
Imagine this on a carrier deck at night. All these Pilots have iron balls ( male & female).
Invisible balls haha
Nice!
4.50 landing on buss
Ive seen a lot better, for the lack of a better word. The title over rates this video.
What is a crosswind?!!?!!
Aris Mathew crosswind is a landing when the plane is not aligned with the runway (mainly when winds are high)
TL;DR the plane lands sideways while flying straight.
When the wind is blowing say, from left to right, or right to left, across the runway. Normally you want to land into the wind. Like to put it in layman's terms, in a perfect situation you have the wind blowing straight down the runway into your face... Or even better, no wind. Lol. Crosswind landings are difficult because you have to point the plane into the wind, which results in the weird looking angle, and then at the last second straighten it out before touching down. If you straighten out too early, the wind could pick up one wing, causing the other to hit the ground, and then youre boned. If you don't straighten out and just land while still "crabbing" or "slipping", which is what the weird angle to the runway is called, you can destroy the landing gear, and then you're also boned.
