ISBN publication and ISSN publication are common in academic publications. ISBN has its own value and similarly ISSN also has its own value. Sir, are special issue peer review indexed international journals (not ugc care listed) are valid?as the special issue has no volume or DOI number,will it be considered in future for api or appointment?
According to UGC, UGC CARE listed journals along will be considered for all academic purposes.
Is ISSN number denotes the quality of journal what is that use of ISSN shall we predict if the journal having ISSN are reputed one
ISSN no is the basic one to run the journal. Every journal will have the unique ISSN no to run it. It is like a door no for a house.

sir we have presented the paper in one international conference. They published the proceedings with abstracts only. But the proceedings is with ISBN number. whether that papers we can claim it in presented categeory or published categeroy
You can claim the benefit of conference presentation.

You need to create a web-page with all the required details and then you have to apply for ISSN.

Yes can add it in your resume. However academic credits will be based on the publications made in ugc care listed journals.

They published the papers in the form of e- proceedings with ISSN number. In our CAS or self appraisal form where we have to claim . i.e in research publications column or Awards or fellowship column
You can claim under the category conference publication.

kindly gove me one confirmation, my one paper was published in 2018 UGC approved journal. But this journal was cancelled after UGC CARE. At present, my published paper will be counted for API score.
It will be counted as you have published the paper in ugc approved journal. At that time there was no ugc care list. Hence, it will be counted as per my opinion.
Within how many days after receiving the isbn login credentials do we have to fill up the form and send it back?

You cannot claim two benefits for a single publication. You can claim anyone of it.
@@MiltonJoe Sir actually I was just presenting my seminar paper even got certificate and than after a week they emailed me saying that they have selected my article for publication. So I did it.
Ok. You have presented a paper in a seminar and then the same paper is published in a journal. The paper is same. Hence, you cannot get two benefits. You can either get the benefit of seminar presentation or the benefit of publication. I hope you might have understood well.

If you are an editor of a book or contributed a chapter you will get marks as discussed in the video sir

Sir, I don't think self-publication book is given marks for the methodology for university and college teachers in calculating academic and research scores according to the UGC criteria.
Why? I do not thing so. If your book is published with ISBN you will get the mark. I think nowhere UGC has mentioned that book should be published with the publisher. As per my knowledge goes when the author publishes the book with ISBN without any reputed publisher, the author will become the publisher in this case.

If the journal is open access you can download the papers at free of cost. If the journal is subscription based you need to pay to download the papers.

IS Self Published ISBN -International / National / State. Which one? it is my earnest request to you please reply.
In my opinion both will carry same marks and I do not find any different mark systems for both the categorises. I think it will be considered as a national publication but sometimes it may be also considered as a state level publication.
