Love the statue but its a no go for me to be honest, the tattoo is a major part of Edward Newgate and all of his sons, can't miss that important detail.

That statue is badass, this one has to be my favourite one so far because Whitebeard is my favourite character in OP, hope you do a display tour update of all your One Piece statues in the future too, it would be dope to see that.

The videos finally up! Now I can finally see how bad the damage was, hopefully Ryu Stuidos does the right the thing … and gets you a replacement body.
While the tattoo on the back is a huge miss, everything else about this statue screams epic. I love mine, and had a ton of doubts coming out of the gate knowing that the tat wasn’t going to be there. Fortunately I still think he’s one of my favorites in my collection!! I can’t wait to add a second Newgate in the form of Jimei palace’s version. One of the few characters worth having 2 pieces of haha!

Awesome Statue and great unboxing! Quite unfortunate with the break on the foot. Saw this on Pre order for awhile before Jimei even showed their whitebeard but knowing Jimei doing the full yonko line up, had to pass on this ryu whitebeard. Hopefully you can showcase your updated collection soon!

Awesome statue man! I'm not sure if you're a big Franky fan but if so you should check out Franky with Kurosai/Black Rhino by DT-Studios. A grail Franky statue in my opinion.

I've been a longtime fan of Ryu studios, so it sucks to see they missed the little details like the tattoo and the foot break. But with that said, this thing is super huge and crazy impressive. Who do you think has the best licensed WB? So far we've seen Ryu's, Jimei's and Revive's.

As u said it is weird they didn’t put a tatoo on his back, other statues got it, but nvm the statue is insane !
Looks amazing, unfortunate that they didn’t add at least the bottom half of the tattoo on his back even if the upper half would be scraping the cape, considering he was 1700😪

Awesome statue but unfortunately lacking some details and the obvious tattoo. Luckily i have the jimei palace Whitebeard on PO and love that piece a lot because its just displays how powerful he is without his abilities. Hence the name “the strongest man in the world”.

Great statue but man nothing ruins that new statue feeling like a break. Hopefully Ryu replaces it for ya, also the back tattoo missing is a big miss for sure, makes me wonder if the designer is a one Piece fan or just an artist.
