I need to hear more from this multi-effect machine, but so far I think I prefer the sounds coming out from your other, single-effect pedals.
Thanks for your review. The only thing I want from an EFX pedal is reverb, delay, and chorus. My ideal pedal would combine the RV-500 and the DD-500, and also have chorus as an option. Most multi-efx pedals fail me because: [1] they do not "tail" their reverbs and delays when switching patches, and [2] they don't have enough stereo delay options, such as the DD-500's "DUAL". Can anyone tell me whether the GT-1000 [1] "tails" both reverb and delay when switching patches and [2] contains ALL the delay options of the DD-500, most especially its stereo EFX? THANKS!
From what I know, the gt-1000 has all the effects from the 500 series reverb and delay.
Gt1000 definitely doesn’t have all the DD500 Or RV500 boss is really dishonest about this.
If you made a video on ambient/drone sounds using the Zoom MS-50G that'd be amazing, there's like 80 dsp delays and reverbs on there, and also a bunch of modulation and od/fuzz!!

Please , can someone let me know if we can completely bypass the preamp , cab on this device as I only want to use it as an Fx device with a Tube Amp. I do have the RV500 , can You Use two Reverbs as well thus get rid of it for the GT 1000. Many Thanx
Yes, you can bypass the amp and cab, but I don't think that the built in reverb can replace the RV-500. it can do much much more than the GT-1000 reverb.

Is this thing like the RV/MD/DD-500’s all wrapped up in one plus amp sims and other stuff? If so.....SAWEET!!
No - I would not characterize it that way, as the standalone units have way more options. Makes sense given the price points. But - the GT-1000 does have a lot of pretty cool effect options.
I think pairing this with my aeros looper would be more beneficial

Amazing tool... but a 19 second looper in stereo is LAME:) Why not put an SD Card in it...
Agreed the looper is pretty limiting.
@@chordsoforion Actually I have a Headrush Pboard, but I have a GT1000 on the way too:) I also have a stand alone looper, but only so much floor space:) hahahaha wouldn't it be awesome if the HR and GTK would midi sync with the looper...
