I think the Yardratians woulda dusted the ginyu force had they made it there. They know some crazy techniques that would have been very difficult for the ginyu force to deal with.

Funny to think about: Frieza is already tracking the latent potential within his own species no different than the Saiyans are tracking their own heritage and potential (yamoshi, the legendary super Saiyan, ect.) he had to take caution with frost and gauge the limits of frost’s potential to see how much of a threat he would pose. In the worst case scenario here, for someone like Frieza who wants to be the last man standing, a battle of attrition could be costly if he has to deal with a race of his own who could possible have the same power level as him, so after confirmation, it was nothing for him to take frost out because the namekian Frieza final form was as far as frost could go at the moment

This really goes to show Freeza's childish personality. The only point to this fight against Gohan was to look flashy for a bit, show off in front of Frost before eliminating him. It's almost like a sort of "Older brother" type dynamic between them from Freeza's perspective. He intended on eliminating Frost from the start, but wanted to look cool in front of him first, and even gave him some pointers before going through with it.
Not really sad. They planned to have Greg voice Frost since his brother voiced Frieza. They wanted it to be full circle and its kind of touching when you think about it as this is one of the few moments both brothers got to work together on one project and in one or more scenes. The sad thing really is that Chris never really got to voice act again once COPD took over. He will always be Frieza to most people. That will never change.
Frieza is anyone's worst enemy. he may not be trusted but he can be relied on if he becomes an ally. in DBS, he who in the Universe was everyone's enemy turned into the Anti-Heroes here. As long as his position is tied to someone much stronger than Goku and Vegeta, Frieza can be a reliable ally even though his teammates don't like him especially Vegeta and Gohan. He's Badass enemy in Dragon Ball.👍

I liked that the Japanese voice was _deeper._ I mean, we all know that Frost is basically just Universe 6 Frieza, albeit with some pretenses. But I feel like a deeper voice would've helped _separate them._ I hear English Frost...and it sounds like the actor is _trying_ to sound like Frieza instead of letting Frost be his own thing.
frost is the annoying little brother that could have potentially awakened to his power and gave Frieza problems. Frost eliminated Krillin and almost got Vegeta and Roshi. Had Frost knocked out Vegeta, that would have really reshaped the entire tournament. Frost had to go before he could meddle with Frieza's plan to unseat Beerus as the Destroyer God.

This scene was better handled in the manga. There, Frieza suggested that he and Frost use turns to use 100% of their power. When Frost used 100% of his power and had no energy left, Frieza simply blasted him of the arena.

I will say, despite the writing screw-up of making Frost actually evil (would've been way more interesting if he was good maybe just a dirty fighter), this whole erasure and Frieza laughing in his face humilating the sister universes version of him was pretty satisfying. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a huge DBS fan but if it comes back on with the Morro Arc, more Broly, a time jump to "super hero" time, and with the animation of at least Zamasu/Goku Black and on, they could actually have something far better to offer the fanbase (outside of the Broly film, not that super hero was bad but the CGI DB FighterZ thing was kinda ugly at times).

He definitely couldn’t even get close to doing that. Gohan was fighting him in base form, not ultimate form (the visual difference is that Gohan has a long bang in ultimate form). Base form Gohan is definitely not close to SSB, SSG or Buuhan
