    Most of what you're saying is true, but for the ectomorph body type or those who struggle to gain weight. Your body adjusts after a while of resistance training. I have coached multiple people who started off eating 4200 calories, and now eat 3000 and are still making progress.

    • @danieltran9634
      @danieltran9634 Před rokem +2

      Is that for real? My body type is ectomorph and no matter how much I eat, I just can’t gain weight. It’s frustrating since I physically can’t eat more than I do at the moment.

      @bido4833 Před rokem +1

      @@danieltran9634 It’s also very easy to add more calories to your diet without eating a more. Stuff like peanut butter, dressings/sauces, drinks can really help you increase your caloric intake! Tip: ask chatgpt to give you more ideas lol

      You’re correct, calorie requirements change over time and should be monitored because of this. I’m an ectomorph and started at 119 lbs, eating 4k+ calories a day. That began to get excessive after a couple of years and I changed my surplus to a smaller # over time. It takes a while to find maintenance

    Love this! Although, I think the skinny fat people have the best cards.
    I lost the fat easily and gained size without a problem but that is of course determined by genetics mostly.
    Genetics only determine how fast you get to the outcome, not the outcome itself.

    In regards to Protein Intake, ive seen couple people say your body can only absorb 30g protein or so every X hours
    so if im taking 200g protein a day, isit bad & wasteful to be eating 4 meals of 50g Proteins?

    • @engo999
      @engo999 Před rokem +1

      that is not true. your body will absorb all the protein you consume. focus on consuming the right amount of protein per day and training consistently.

      @@engo999 thanks buddy that makes so much more sense.

    • @Bekaizer
      @Bekaizer  Před rokem

      I read that that 30g in one intake is more than enough. So if you (for some weird reason) want to consume a lot of protein then sure why not. But maybe its not necessary?
      Keep up the good work anyway!

    • @jns9628
      @jns9628 Před rokem

      Your body will eventually consume all the protein so it is fine to eat more that 30g in one meal. Generally it’s around 1g per lean pound of body weight so if you weigh more you don’t have to consume the same amount that you weigh and if your skinny you can generally consume a little more than you weigh.

  • @michalispieris5369
    @michalispieris5369 Před rokem +1

    Your assessment about skinny guys is completely and utterly false and tbh actually prety dangerous. Skinny guys are not free to dirty bulk and still look diced. This is a misconception created by skinny guys themselves who think they are eating enough. 99% of skinny guys have no clue what bulking is, let alone dirty bulking. The reality is that they dont track how much they eat, they think they are eating like a horse and they think that eating some pizza at midnight once a week is gonna cover for the consntant skipping of meals in the longterm.
    Thats not how it works mate. Track calories and go on an actual dirty bulk and u will very quickly find out that skinny from skinny fat is not far off.
