Brisbane (BNE) To London ( LHR ) Via Singapore on Qantas Flight 51 and QF 1

Flying Qantas was something we used to do a lot.
Nowadays, they are pretty expensive but this was our cheapest option to get to London. The Airbus A380 was a great plane to fly on.

I flew Hong Kong to London back in 2014 with BA on an A380 and loved it so much. I had a window seat on the top deck on the way over and boy did I hit the jackpot. There was a quite a large locker/cupboard in between the seat and the window, big enough to fit a backpack, jumper, and the pillow and quilt (blanket) I had and still have room left over.

Travelling to Singapore in February. Have to connect through Brisbane and Sydney leaving home before daylight going to be a long day.

For us, it was nearly 36 hours from when we left home until we got to London. Extremely tiring.

I did this trip a few years ago with Singapore Airlines and stopped in Singapore for a couple of days on a stop over. Enjoy your time in the UK and Europe.
